Faltan los servicios y dedicación de un cinco estrellas.
El desayuno, normal (no hay carta para pedir, increible en un 5 estrellas). Se nota falta de personal. Aunque los que están (2 personas, con el hotel lleno), hacen lo que pueden.
En conclusión, sobra la quinta estrella, o faltan los servicios propios de ella.
Pero para el precio..., si que está la quinta estrella.
