La limpieza , comodidad y ubicacion

Cons:

Pueden agilizar la entrega de habitación, aunque considero que fue por la temporada habia mucha gente, el personal se porto muy amable y nos apoyo recibiendo nuestro equipaje en resguardo y aprovechamos para comer algo cerca.

Will stay just because is in a perfect area and very safe, but the hotel administration need to do better on the hotel.

Front desk guys at 2:45 pm didn’t want to check us in after landing from a long flight, 15 minutes? Are you kidding me? not even to start paperwork. By 3:15 pm we walked back to the hotel and our paper was not even printed. We were exhausted from traveling.
They knew we were staying for 4 nights and forget didn’t set our keys for that amount of night so it was annoying everyday goi g back to lobby to get it fixed.
Sheets were stained.
Towels old.
Machines at the gym old and broken none of them work properly, avoid injuries.

Cons:

The reason we picked this hotel over the other ones near by was for the gym and it was a totally bummer, every machine is broken. I got so mad.

Habitaciones amplias con posibilidad de mejora en mantenimiento y servicio al cliente
Pros:

Buena ubicación y habitación bastante amplia. Y pudimos dejar el equipaje desde antes del check in para poder salir a la ciudad.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento en la habitación, el personal estaba distraído, cumplen la función pero sin un servicio al cliente óptimo.

Horrible experience, lack of privacy, no phone, and no accountability.
Pros:

The location is really good. And despise being in a crowded area the rooms are mostly calm, I expected it would be noisier but it wasn't the case.

Cons:

The Staff was HORRID. Someone from the staff OPENED THE DOOR at 1:30am!! According to them they were "checking if the room was occupied" when I went down to confront them at the lobby THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. They said that someone on their staff had double booked the room and since THEIR ROOM PHONE WAS BROKEN, and there were TV noise inside the room, they decided it was OK to just WALK INTO THE ROOM AT 1:30AM!
They did not even apologize, they just made some bullshit excuse about why they decided to open the room while were were inside at 1:30 in the morning. They didn't even try to make up for their mistake or even apologize. We were lucky the staff didn't just walk into us naked or worse. And they had ZERO accountability for their mistake; I even had to go down to the lobby a second time because they had already de-programmed our keys, again, at one thirty in the morning.
