Solo tuve varias veces problema con la tarjeta de ingreso para la habitación y en recepción me comento que a varias personas le sucedía y estan en mantenimiento

La cama esta sumamente dura, considero que ya hay que cambiar los colchones por algo más cómodo, muy medidos en lo que lo que respecta a jabón y shampo.
Qué pueda estar más aromatizadas las habitaciones ya que huelen como a encerrado.
Pedí ayuda porque prendí el aire acondicionado de la habitación y el termostato no tiene instrucciones de operación y no podía cancelarse su funcionamiento, llame a recepción para pedir asistencia y la persona a la que le llame (del sexo masculino) me dijo que no podía atender mi llamada por encontrase sola la recepción y que el desconocía lo que le estaba yo solicitando, por lo que me dejo con el problema , afortunadamente encontré un tutorial en ingles en internet y lo pude resolver , más el no capacitar a alguien para que pueda dar la instrucción en caso de algún detalle dentro de la habitación y no hacerlo, francamente no habla bien del servicio.
