Leider kein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gebuchtes Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Leider ein Nichtraucher Zimmer direkt über der Raucherecke. Haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen, aber leider ein schlechteres. Haben dies bei Abreise moniert, es kam aber nur der Hinweis, dass man bei einer erneuten Buchung darauf achten wird. Kein Nachlass oder Ähnliches.
Beim Frühstück war das Personal mit sich selber beschäftigt und fand die neuen Möbel toll. Sie waren enttäuscht, wenn man nicht darauf sitzen konnte. Es gab Kaffee aus Thermoskannen. Leider wurden die einem nicht angeboten. Nur per Zufall mitbekommen.
Inhaberwechsel: neuer Name, haben daher das Hotel suchen müssen. Es gab keine Infos vorher. Personal an der Rezeption konnte in vielen Bereichen nicht weiterhelfen. Kannte sich nicht mal im Hotel aus.

Pros:

Altbackenes Gebäude aufgehübscht. Kein Fahrstuhl.

Cons:

Personal unflexibel. Keine Antwort nach vielen Stunden auf Anfragen per Mail über Booking.

Pros:

Das Hotel war super sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Hatten unser Doppelzimmer zum Hof...sehr ruhig.Das Frühstücksbüffett war sehr gut und viel Auswahl.Kommen bestimmt auch nochmal wieder.

Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.
