Perfekt
Pros:

Gut erreichbar mit dem Radl ..man war binnen Minuten in Kiel das war einfach genial wenn man aufs Auto verzichten möchte . Super nettes Personal am Empfang und im Frühstücks Bereich. Wir haben einfach nichts zu bemängeln und werden hier auf jeden Fall erneut übernachten .

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, ruhige Lage und schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Wenn wir mal wieder in Kiel sind, kommen wir gern wieder.

Cons:

ein Aufzug wäre schön, meist hat man ja Koffer dabei.

Sehr einladendes Ambiente direkt am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal sorgt für einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Kanal war außergewöhnlich gut. Der Service im Restaurant und beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend. Trotz der räumlichen Größe des Hotels konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt durch die besondere Freundlichkeit in allen Bereichen genießen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Reinigungspersonal könnte ruhig beim Putzen des Badezimmers überprüfen, ob für den nächsten zahlenden Gast genug Duschgel vorhanden ist. Es ist nicht die Aufgabe des Gastes, an der Rezeption für Nachschub zu sorgen, das ist im Vorfeld die Aufgabe des Personals vor Ort!

Geräumiges Zimmer und freundlicher Service
Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht ohne Frühstück in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber und bot alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
