Nicht zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer sollte 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer haben. Tatsächlich war es aber nur ein Raum mit Doppelbett und in diesem Raum stand eine ausziehbare Couch als zweite Schlafgelegenheit. Das entspricht nicht der Zimmerbeschreibung und musste gezwungenermaßen leider so hingenommen werden. Nicht akzeptabel.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Frühstück sehr
umfangreich. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer in der 3.Etage hatte schrägen,
mein Mann ist über 1.80 er musste sehr aufpassen das er in der Nacht zur Toilette nicht davor rennt 🫣 sonst war alles super. Betten waren für uns sehr bequem 👍
Waren nur eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Tag eine Kreuzfahrt gemacht haben.

Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes, wirklich gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Bad schon groß . Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtete. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und es wird immer wieder aufgefüllt. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Von herzhaft über warme Speisen bis süßes war alles vorhanden. Wir waren hier leider nur auf Durchreise. Nicht desto trotz würden und werden wir hier wieder nächtigen, bestimmt auch einmal länger.

Cons:

Es war alles zu unsere Zufriedenheit, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt, sehe ich nicht als "NICHT GEFALLEN" . Eher als - da muss man schon mal darauf achten 😊
Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Danke für den tollen Service und die bequeme Übernachtung.
