Pros:

Sehr großzügige Unterkunft. Der Rezeptionsbereich war hübsch und modern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Den Freizeitbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Das Hotel war riesig und die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir es nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt haben, war es okay.

Wir hatten Zimmer 14 und 16 im Keller mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Der Preis war viel zu hoch und entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Standard. Die Zimmer sind schrecklich abgewohnt, es riecht unangenehm modrig und im Badezimmer ist schwarzer Schimmel. Der Teppichboden ist dreckig und abgenützt. Zu diesem Zimmer gibt es keinen Lift, was nicht angekündigt war. Die Koffer müssen über Stufen geschleppt werden. Wir kamen um 18:00 an und als wir ein anderes Zimmer haben wollten, wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass es kein anderes Zimmer mehr gibt, weil alle Gäste für diesem Tag bereits angereist waren. Wir konnten aber sehen, dass nach uns noch andere Gäste eingecheckt haben. Das Kundenservice war sehr schlecht.

Perfect family stay in beautiful Lahinch
Pros:

Fantastic staff, so helpful and accommodating, in particular reception and leisure centre staff - both went out of their way to make our kids stay even more enjoyable if possible! The kids were given a goodie bag and loved exploring all of the fairy doors dotted around the hotel. Upon check out my daughter received a fairy certificate which made her day! We stayed in the hotel 10 years ago on a hen party and since then it has been completely refurbished and looks incredible. We booked a family suite this time which was two double bedrooms and kitchenette/living room which was absolutely ideal for us. We had dinner in the bar on the first night and everything was delicious! We can’t wait to return again next summer!

Nice hotel in middle of town
Pros:

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Comfortable looking bar and restaurant but we didn’t use them or the pool which also looked nice. Room was also comfortable and plenty of parking.

Cons:

We had a few issues with the en-suite with a rattling fan that couldn’t turn off and a banging cistern. We reported them when we left so hopefully they will be fixed. Felt hotel was a bit pricey.

Family friendly hotel
Pros:

Loved the central location and proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. Great swimming pool and spa facilities. Dinner and drinks in the restaurant were delicious. Loved the little fairy doors around the place. Our suite was perfect, had everything we needed for our family. Great to have a nice coffee machine and pods

Cons:

For the cost per night, I would have expected breakfast to be included.

Room clean, nicely decorated. Reception staff friendly. Location excellent. Didn't try food or use bar so can't comment.

Cons:

Lacking atmosphere, nothing to keep you in the hotel at night. Bathroom needs updating in line with rest if hotel. Bathroom with a shower curtain is very old school and not very hygienic.

The location was perfect. The room was very comfortable .

Cons:

The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing . The hot food section was not hot enough. All the other foods available were great . The staff in the dining room were super efficient and friendly . The coffee and tea was perfect.
