Wir sind mit Öffis angereist > gut zu Fuß zu Zug und Bus; fußläufig sehr gut zum Zentrum; tolles Frühstück, sehr sauberes Zimmer; geräumige Zimmerausstattung;

Pros:

Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices. The food quality at the restaurant was also good. The position of the hotel close to town center was great.

Cons:

My room was still without air conditioning, so was very warm. Also, my first room actually had the heating on with no way of switching it off. With open window you could hear the other rooms' air con, so that was not an option. One very young receptionist struggled with basics on how to interact with guests, e.g. knocking before entering a guest's room. The carpets everywhere also need removing and floors updating. When I ate at the restaurant the apparent meal deal was not given at first although advertised. It was resolved but I had to point it out.
