Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich wende mich an Sie, um mich über meinen Aufenthalt im oben genannten Hotel zu beschweren und eine Rückerstattung zu fordern. Ich habe in diesem Hotel nicht übernachtet!Das Zimmer war dreckig und es gab Spinnweben an den Wänden. Das Hauptproblem war jedoch, dass das Zimmer über keinerlei Klimaanlage verfügte, obwohl es draußen unerträgliche 50 Grad heiß war.Als ich dieses Problem reklamierte, wurde ich vom Personal äußerst unfreundlich behandelt. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption ignorierte mich komplett. Sie weigerte sich strikt, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten oder den Hotelmanager zu kontaktieren. Stattdessen rief sie einen Bekannten an, der sich als Hausmeister ausgab und mich unter Druck setzte, dass ich kein Geld zurückbekommen würde. Sie haben sich bis zuletzt geweigert, den Chef über die Situation zu informieren.Ich habe dieses Hotel sofort verlassen und dort keine einzige Nacht verbracht, mein Geld wurde mir vor Ort jedoch nicht zurückgegeben. Von Booking.com erwarte ich nun Rückerstattung meines Geldes auf mein Konto. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Schande für Ihre Plattform.Ich erwarte Ihre Rückmeldung und die Klärung dieses Vorfalls.

Alles in allem war es gut
Pros:

Das Hotel hat super für unseren Aufenthalt gepasst und wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider nicht klimatisiert. Wäre eigentlich kein Problem aber bei den heißen Temperaturen, von 37 Grad, wäre es irgendwann mal eine Überlegung wert. Aber es gab dafür einen Ventilator.
