Cons:

Ho dimenticato una scatolina con dei farmaci. Ho chiesto se potevano spedirmelo e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto io organizzare il ritiro e la spedizione! Possibile che nessuno dipendente dell'albergo vada per lavoro in posta e quindi farmi una spedizione a carico del destinatario?

Staff gentilissimo, la camera molto pulita e delle giuste dimensioni, importante la fornitura di due cuscini extra per chi come me dorme con due cuscini. La possibilità di avere il parcheggio privato è nel cortile interno ha reso più comodo e sicuro l’arrivo alla sera.
Colazione buona.

Cons:

Migliorerei i materassi oppure metterei un topper perché sono molto duri e rigidi.

Ogni movimento o apertura rubinetto o wc delle camere accanto era come averle in stanza, tutta notte

Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile, pulizia e ottima colazione, a due passi dalla fermata del Tram 4 che porta direttamente al centro di Torino.

Camera matrimoniale leggermente piccola ma in linea con foto e descrizioni e con il rapporto qualità prezzo.
