Sorry but reduced from 5 stars to 2 stars. Previously 5 starts as room is new and it’s no longer the plus point. Can see room is running old specially the towels, like 3 stars room towels quality after using couple of years. Time to change.Very minimal deco in room, so wear and tear is easily spotted. Requested a corner room with 2 glass panel kind but was told fully booked for both nights. 4 corners and 15 stories high, is it fully booked or service desk not willing to do so.
If you are a person with view or expecting 4 stars quality room because it’s managed by erawan group/marriott then this may not be the one. For 4 stars standards and this price, I’m pretty sure consumers can get better ones unless you desperately wants to stay at this lane in chidlom when the hotel is located. Then it’s the cheapest you can get. Cleanliness, Bed and linens maintained.
For tuk tuk service they added a few more locations. To bts are as and when but to one Bangkok, central mall or siam are hourly basis. This service does bring convenience to guests despite bad location.
Thou location is way out of the way but complimentary tuk tuk service is provided so not too bad. If you travel around by taxi, this hotel is good. Staff service is good and efficient. Room is cozy, no much of view in room but amenities are all right.

Checking out soon and my heart is so full! Every detail of my stay was perfection, beautiful room, impeccable cleanliness, and the most wonderful service from Ning and Mook. The hotel is also so central and a walking distance to central world and many amazing bars and restaurants. Courtyard by Marriott never misses and this stay reminded me exactly why. See you again soon!

The hotel is very comfortable and in a great location—close to BTS stations, shopping malls, and many good restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect to relax in after a long day of walking around Bangkok.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even better. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok for business or leisure. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Great experience at Momo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxed, and the service excellent. A special thanks to our server Jocky, who was very friendly and attentive and made the visit even better. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is totally amazing. The staff is so incredibly polite and helpful and always smiling. The hotel is beautiful in every aspect from the rooms to the check in area to the hotel to the pool. The restaurant is incredible especially the Buffet breakfast.
The treats were very good, the food and the kitchen were incredibly nice, our jocky waiter was very interested and explaining, he also gave us advice about Bangkok and was very friendly.
We’ve had the most wonderful stay. Mook was so kind. She kept my daughter and I fed and watered at the poolside bar all afternoon. Beautiful venue. Amazing location.
