Cons:

Was very disappointed I was told that parking was included with this hotel and of course it wasn’t but a friend of ours did get a voucher getting a cheaper parking pass. We were never told anything about this parking pass so we ended up having to pay full price.

Absolutely nothing!!

Cons:

I stayed for a birthday get away and only came for the Jacuzzi and it was out of order with no notice not even at check-in. Staff was not friendly at all!! And worst of all I found blood on my comforter. I nicely went to the desk and asked if I could get new bedding. Left for a few hours when we returned our bed was freshly made I didn't think anything of it thinking I had clean bedding to wake up and notice it was the same exact bloody blanket just turned flipped around. Lastly the breakfast was not good.

Pros:

I had to purchase a room when I already had paid for a room on line when I showed conformation number for online purchase it did not show up. I paid twice for one night stay. This should be on not like section

Cons:

Having to pay double for one night stay because hotel could not find my reservation even after giving them my confirmation number. Would like my refund

Pros:

My kiddos loved the pool but the whirlpool was broken 😞. I booked it because it had a whirlpool for my husband.

Cons:

The whirlpool was broken, the room we got only had a shower so my kiddos couldn't soak in the bath tub. Plus the breakfast in the morning was nothing worth getting up for so my family went down and didn't eat there instead we went to breakfast at another restaurant

Pros:

Everything seemed decently clean.

Cons:

We booked strictly for the hot tub as advertised. When we got there the hot tub had caution tape around it. Also beds were advertised as queen beds and they were only full size.

Pros:

The lady that checked us in was super nice, warm and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing. The hotel was quiet.

Cons:

The lady that checked me out was cold and made me feel like I was a burden. I would like to see more options for breakfast and creamer for the coffee instead of milk

Pros:

Very clean room, comfortable beds and the pool area was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Coming in at night the entrance off the road was not well lit and we drove by it.

It is not worth it
Pros:

We stayed at this Fairfield Inn near the Detroit airport for one night, and the experience was very disappointing. The hotel feels completely run-down and outdated, everything looks old, worn, and poorly maintained. The room and common areas give a strong impression of age and lack of renovation, and overall cleanliness was below expectations for this brand. Breakfast technically starts at 6:30 a.m., but for an airport hotel where guests usually leave very early for flights, it is unacceptable that there is no take-out option at all. Many airport hotels at least offer a grab-and-go bag, a muffin, or something simple, and this hotel provides nothing. Considering the price, the hotel is expensive for what it offers, old, dirty, and not worth it. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
