Très bien placé
Pros:

Très bien situé, personnel sympathique, très propre, bar sympa, bonne literie,

Cons:

Manque d'insonorisation de la porte donnant dans le couloir, idem pour les chasses d'eau, ceci dit ça reste dans l'acceptable.

Sehr schön gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt im herzen von Lissabon und ist sehr gut angebunden an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Ebenso ist das personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das man jeden Morgen entweder nach Milch oder Kaffee fragen musste was eigentlich in einem Hotel schon bereitstehen sollte jeden Morgen.

Misleading Photos: The single room looked nothing like the images on the website.
Delayed Response: Management ignored my issue on-site and only emailed me after I checked out.
Zero Service Recovery: No refund or gesture was offered for the poor experience.
Overpriced: The room quality was far below what the high rate promised.

Excellent établissement
Pros:

Excellent hôtel avec une situation centrale très desservi par les transports. Les stations ne sont qu'à quelques dizaines de mètres. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent! J'y reviendrai.

Pros:

A very well-located hotel in the historic center, easily accessible and with excellent public transport connections. It is a great base for exploring the city and its surroundings, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need, and the staff is professional and always ready to help.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there are two issues that the hotel management should take care, as they are not up to the standard expected of a 3-star hotel:
- low quality and very worn towels, white colour is not white anymore, though they were clean;
- there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the morning, which is very unpleasant.

Bon séjour quand même.
Pros:

Chambre confortable, bien équipée, bons lits, très bon petits déjeuners, variés. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Pour une chambre de luxe, très sombre et vue d'un mètre sur des arbres et la terrasse des voisins !

Excellent location with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good. Close to major squares, subway lines and good restaurants.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast for a great price.

Cons:

Rooms could require a bit of maintenance. Nothing major but some water damage on the floor, some m’n or paint work etc…
