Hotellissa oli erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Hotellilta oli helppo liikkua julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla ja kävellen suosituille nähtävyyksille ja kauniisiin puistoihin. Hotellin aamupalalla oli hyvä valikoima ja siellä oli tarjolla myös esim. paikallisia tuotteita. Huone ja yleiset tilat olivat siistejä.
