Pros:

Camera curata, au schimbat prosoapele zilnic, mic dejun variat. Locatie centrala, aproape de toate atractiile principale. Este langa statia de tren Rossio, metrou, tramvaiul Gloria trece pe langa hotel.
Am primit o bautura traditionala de bun venit, zilnic ne-au lăsat in camera o sticla cu apa. Foarte dragut si personalul! Recomandat cu drag

Very good location
Pros:

Location is amazing - everything is nearby. The street is very calm, which is especially important at night. The room was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable. They also let me leave my luggage before check-in. The pastries were delicious.

Cons:

The staff could be a bit nicer - even a simple smile would make a difference. However, two of the staff members at breakfast were very friendly. The smell in the hallway was quite unpleasant. The breakfast selection was the same every day.

Good for families and couples
Pros:

The location is great. City center is in walking distance and the metro station is also very close. The room (superior twin) was spacious enough, with sufficient closets. There was also a mini bar and flat screen TV. The room was clean and the housekeeping personel very nice and helpful. Rooms could need a bit refurbishing. Breakfast was great, ample selection.

Cons:

There was no heating in the bathroom. Not a big issue for me, but for some it would have been a bit chilly.

A szálloda központi helyen található. Nagyon tiszta, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli bőséges, a péksütik nagyon finomak.

Świetna lokalizacja, przystanek minutę od hotelu, bezpieczna dzielnica. Ulokowany przy spokojnej ulicy. Mnóstwo sklepów, kawiarni i restauracji obok. W pokoju czysto, wszystko zgodnie z opisem, personel pomocny i miły. Pokój sprzątany codziennie.

Cons:

Cienkie ściany i głośni sąsiedzi. Słychać rozmowy i kroki za ścianą.

Pros:

O hotel possui uma excelente localização, permitindo visitar diversos pontos turísticos de Lisboa a pé. Além disso, fica próximo a transporte público, o que facilita o deslocamento pela cidade. Os quartos são confortáveis, muito limpos e bem cuidados. Há reposição diária de água, café e chá, o que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã é muito bom, com ampla variedade de produtos e opções. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e cordiais, sempre dispostos a ajudar e tornar a estadia mais confortável. De modo geral, é uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Lisboa.
