Kinder staff. For check in A lady was helped before me n I was clearly standing there waiting for her service she looked at me then asked the lady behind me can I help you other worker was a nice guy and noticed that and helped me right after.

Pros:

The easy access to the soccer fields, how clean the place was, the complimentary breakfast and rhe staff were amazing.

Cons:

The limited space in hottub. It may be time to expand the hottub to accommodate more people or have more then one hottub for people to go in. With the sports facility having so many athletes of all ages. We want to soak and visit while preparing for our next visit.

I own a hot tub an understand the need for chemical balance.

This is a great hotel to stay in. Just double-check your reservation when using the Booking.com app.
Pros:

This is an older hotel, but it is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is amazing, and the kitchen staff will help you with anything. You can make your own waffles. Very friendly, makes you feel at home. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The Booking.com app did not book me for two days, just one day, so I had to pay an additional cost to stay the second day. Also, the Booking.com app did not book 2 beds. So it was embarrassing trying to redo my reservation with this app.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I do, however, have an issue with the Booking.com app.
Please double-check what you have reserved with this app.
I have used other apps in the past to book hotel reservations without issues.

Pros:

Our stay is always great. The breakfast is phenomenal.

Cons:

I did not like that at the most busiest hours in the morning, the facility only had one lady, trying her best to cope, at the front desk. Another front desk attendant would speed things way up for guests.
