The room was a little warmer than what I personally like but I like Antarctica cold lol so. it wasn't that bad still room temp comfortable in the room

Cons:

First room we checked into was dirty - it wasn’t even cleaned . Got downgraded to another room that had no AC working . There was only a portable unit in the room and it was so hot

Very nice would stay there again
Pros:

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, after a long day of travel we asked about milk for tea. The lady at the front desk went & got us a cup out of the kitchen so we didn’t have to walk over to the gas station to see if they had any milk there.

Pros:

All staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful, including the gentleman in the breakfast room.

Cons:

Although the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy and the beds and pillows were comfortable, the room itself had a strong, musty odor. We figured it had to be from the carpet because all else was very clean.
