Was great after my daughter bought a device to use on toilet to give me enough height to get off toilet by myself safely
Pros:

Great location and awesome breakfast. However, need to put in high rise toilets and grab bars in more rooms.

Cons:

Lack of availability of rooms for disabled. Not enough.

Great hotel. Pet policy is not clear and they treated me rudely.
Pros:

Very clean room.

Cons:

Front desk was less than accommodating, not only when I checked in, but when I extended my stay. Apparently there was a 50 pound limit to dogs in the hotel which I didn’t see on bookings. Front desk was very rude although she did say she was doing her job. The check-in young gentleman said nothing about having a larger dog. Needs to be clear on bookings what the accommodations requirements are. Didn’t appreciate the “Karen “at the front desk on Friday 4/24😡

I felt Staff was not interested in helping me in a friendly way. They were very indignant to have to help me.
First my key wouldn't work, then the wifi was missing one more step from what I could tell were the directions. and when I called the desk they again were very impatient- gave me the wrong answer and I figure it out by myself.
It's the little things that make a middle of the road hotel great, so staff is really important. If they don't care about my stay, then I'm not coming back. And I'm likely to tell others about my experience.

Started off very negatively. Hard to get past
Cons:

Person on front desk was rude and unhelpful. Had requested early check-in via Booking.com and calling hotel. When i arrived at the hotel the person on duty it was only a request and don't have to accommodate. She didn't look at computer or check with housekeeping to see if a room was available. Asked when I could check-in she said MAYBE 2... Left to event returning after 8 to much more polite individual.

Not a pleasant experience
Cons:

Front desk was decidedly unpleasant. We called because someone was smoking pot on our floor - and the reaction was “so what”. The entire hotel was non smoking

Convenient to places I needed to go
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. I just cannot eat those types of food because of med issues
