Pros:

Location was good, breakfast attendant was very sweet and competent.
Room was clean and had everything we needed, but the sheets and pillows were not great!

hotel charged more than Booking.com quoted, when questioned manager was extremely rude. the internet was intermittent, the pool was filthy, breakfast was lean and the elevator did not work properly

Cons:

Put me in a room and the next morning while I was away they took all my personal belongings out of the room and put them behind the counter. They said I wasn’t supposed to be in the room I was given a key to. Then took 30 min to give back my belongings back after I asked for them. Then put me back in the same room but didn’t clean it. Very dissatisfied.

Good option for families going to Wings and Waves.
Pros:

Location was good, price was reasonable, staff was kind, and the kids loved the pool.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, it felt worn in with a sunken area in the middle. It didn’t feel very clean, there was grime and a couple hairs in the bathroom and dusty outlets, not a lot of attention to detail. You could hear every bump and movement from the guests above and outside, even with a white noise machine. And the door needed to be closed very tightly or it could be opened without a key card (luckily we noticed and nothing unsafe happened but it weirded us out a bit).

Property okay. Sink did not drain efficiently

Cons:

The booking.com reservation did not get sent to hotel. Therefore I had to get a suite for over $200 more. And the foldout bed was not as comfortable as a queen bed. Conf # 5644.712.421 not encouraged to use booking.com again. Not sure who’s fault it is but total disappointment

Cons:

The hotel overbooked and canceled my reservation with no notice to me. I showed up to check in and they told me I canceled the reservation. Booking.com took good care of me and made sure I was not charged a cancelation fee.

Cons:

Hair dryer didn't work; staff couldn't find a replacement and not helpful or concerned. Went to bed with a wet head - not good at all!! Gave us a $20 credit. Very insufficient.

Pros:

Pillows were yellow and could see it through the white pillow cases. Both lamps in the bedroom bulbs were out. I told the guy at the counter and he said he would tell maintenance. I had to take a bulb from the bathroom so one of the lamps would work. The changed the bathroom light but not till 4 days later. I mentioned the pillows and he said they wash them. They need new pillows instead of trying to wash out the sweat stains. Pretty disgusting

Breakfast hours are good. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was good.

Was great after my daughter bought a device to use on toilet to give me enough height to get off toilet by myself safely

Great location and awesome breakfast. However, need to put in high rise toilets and grab bars in more rooms.
