Good for family of 5, the room is so big! We can all fit in one room.
Pros:

Location!! It nearby train station and nearby Yu garden

Cons:

The restaurant….. there’s 1 cafe near the lobby, obviously under staff… even though I didn’t see many customers around but also, no staff around

Conveienent, clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Incrediabky central, great view of the Bund. The room, bathroom was spacious, bed very comfortable . Breakfast buffet offering was a mixture of traditional and western choices with a flexible window of timing of when you could eat. Despite our short stay transiting back home, I would definitely return. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Just a minor consideration, the lobby and room was incrediabky warm and was unsure how to set the air in temperature.

Great location, lovely clean rooms
Pros:

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to Yuan Gardens/Old Town. Also directly opposite the metro station so easy to get all over the city, and a few stops from Pudong. Easy walk to the Bund and pedestrian shopping street.

Lovely big rooms, full length windows. Clean and bright and quiet. Good breakfast options (even had GF bread on request).

Amazing view from the pool on the top floor!

Cons:

Only mild complaint was that the room was so hot. I know it's winter, but it was 26 degrees in there most of the time, and then aircon just didn't work to cool it down. Everything fine other than that.
