Hotel TOP!
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, metro di fronte all’hotel e camera con vista sui grattacieli del Bund che vale davvero la pena, vicinissimo allo Yu Garden quindi la sera strade piene di negozi e posti dove mangiare.
Camera grande spaziosa, elegante e ben tenuta, letto comodo e colazione internazionale con ampia scelta, direi davvero un hotel super consigliato.
Un grande ringraziamento alla receptionist Honnie super gentile e professionale.

下次還是會考慮入住
Pros:

床、枕頭軟硬適中，大床房不是兩張床拼在一起的那種，還有獨立衣帽間可以使用。一樓就有迪士尼販賣機台，早餐種類豐富，隔音佳，離外灘、豫園、比較繁華的街道都很近。

Cons:

入住時員工態度差，講話就不太客氣之外房卡丟在桌上給我，不像是五星級飯店的服務。

Pros:

Coco and her team from the lounge have been amazing. They have been extremely helpful and friendly. They have accepted us longer than expected so we could enjoy their services while waiting for our flight.

The staff from the hotel has also been very professional and helped us navigating the city and office.

Pros:

The staff was genuinely friendly and proactive — they arranged an early check-in without any fuss and accommodated my request to move to a higher floor for a better view. Cleanliness and comfort were both at a high level throughout the stay. The location is excellent: Metro is a 5-minute walk, Yu Garden is 10 minutes on foot, and both the Bund and Nanjing Road are reachable in about 20 minutes. Breakfast was great with a solid variety — coffee is average, but overall it's a strong start to the day.

Cons:

Facilities feel a bit underprepared for families. We stayed as four and found only 2 glasses and 2 small coffee capsules in the room (one of which was decaf) — small details, but noticeable. The bigger disappointment was the lobby bar on the 4th floor. For two pizzas, two cocktails, and two juices, the price was completely unjustified — the pizzas tasted like store-bought frozen ones reheated in a microwave. Skip the bar entirely and head elsewhere for food and drinks.

Pros:

Отличный отель и персонал. Метро в 1й минуте пешком, кому это важно, рядом старый город, пешком передвигаться также комфортно. Хорошие номера, завтра для иностранцев нормальный, несмотря на стройку рядом (строится новый квартал), в номере была тишина. Отель рекомендую.

Very good.
Pros:

Very good position, close to all the main attraction. Spacious room. I’ve been two times there, the view on the city roofs from one of the room was very beautiful.

I dislike cold rooms with thick goose on the bed.

Вид красивый с 19 этажа и очень удобное местоположение
Pros:

Местоположение очень удобное, в комнате очень чисто, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, нам позволили чек-аут позже на 2 часа бесплатно, это было удобно, wi-fi отлично работал, так как работала с комнаты

Персонал немного грубовата, когда попросила размести по выше, так как когда комнату выбирала комната на 6 этаже не соответствовала фото, и когда просила была недовольна но все же поменяла, за это спасибо

Pros:

Отель в центре города, рядом много кафе и магазинов. Сад Янь Юань в шаговой доступности. Завтраки хорошие. Персонал внимательный, поменчли номер с 6 этажа на 19 по нашей просьбе, разрешили позднее выселение без дополнительной оплаты.

感動はないが、コスパがよい！
Pros:

立地が良い。目の前には地下鉄、有名な豫園は出口を右に曲がれば徒歩1分でメインストリートに辿り着きます。
コストパフォーマンスがよく、建物自体は少し古いですが掃除が行き届いており、ベッドの寝心地がよく最高でした。
