Nice room but a bathroom to be renewed
Pros:

The interior was very nice, helpful staff & plentiful breakfast. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom sadly didn't meet our expectations. The shower cabin was quite worn down, there was mold in the corners but the worst part was really the drain. When the water started running, it smelled terrible, we only managed to finish the shower by breathing through the mouth. We told the staff about this issue and apparently they sent someone, but sadly it didn't get better after this.

Parfait, comme d’habitude.
Pros:

Plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel. Chambre très confortable. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir différents endroits de l’intérêt. Personnel très attentif, gentil et arrangeant. Spéciale note pour Thomas qui a chaque fois arrive à trouver une bonne solution, très gentil et professionnel. Merci à Barbara.

Cons:

Grand dommage pour le restaurant et bar panoramique. J’espère que’ils vont être réouvert bientôt

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location was great. Yuyuan Garden and metro was a few minutes away. The breakfast selection was quite good.

Cons:

The local staff at the front desk do not smile much but are generally quite helpful. I'm not sure if it's the language barrier. They can speak basic English but get confused and look unhappy if you ask too many questions.

A great stay, highly Recommended!!!
Pros:

Location, location, location…The hotel is located 30 Meter from the entrance to the Metro! Very convinient! The hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the old city and yu garden! The staff is very helpful and provides all the necessary information. They even let me a late check out at 16:00. I highly recommend the Renaissance hotel! URI Wolf

Cons:

O Wi-Fi é péssimo. Um hotel com toda essa estrutura e não tem uma rede de internet boa.

Great centrally located hotel with fab views.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with The Bund and old tiwn within walking distance. We nooked a room ncluding access to the Club Lounge which has good quality food and drinks and fanrastic views of tthe skyline. Special mention to Hannie on reception whho was very helpful.

Cons:

The room was great but a little humid despote the air con and humidifier.

Best service and best place for staying in Shanghai
Pros:

First of all, the staff is very polite and diligent. In general we book the executive floor as we feel very relaxed there and it has an excellent view to river side.
The executive lounge will be managed by Mr. Johansson Li in an exceptional manner. He is always a polite gentleman, helpful. Besides standard offer as breakfast and food, he always responds to special wishes of guests. Already before our arrival our favourit dishes will be prepared.
Mr. Johansson Li is also a good leader. Under his leadership the team is working without failure, paying high attention to the convenience of the guests. His entire order of work is another motivation to select your hotel.
The location of the hotel is excellent, for business trios as well as for leasure trips. It is very close to attractive touristic YuYuan Garden. Both airports in west aand east can be reached by one Metro line. Metro station is just in front of the hotel. It maskes fun to take breakfast in executive floor viewing the beautiful scenery of the river and skylines of Pudong.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping is very polite and helpful.
