Will be staying again on my next hospital appointment.
Pros:

Breakfast was like home foods. Kitchen staff was respectful and courteous.

Cons:

The merchandise in the store were not affordable. Hopefully a little less. I wish we have a complimentary water bottle cooled in the fridge ready to drink when we arrive.

L’accueil qui a été d’un manque de professionnalisme. Il y avait un bug informatique pour l’enregistrement de l’arrivée. Le personnel s’est excusé pour le contretemps en disant que ça prendrait des heures. Il n’y a eu aucun geste pour nous être agréable. Nous avions très soif mais si nous voulions boire il fallait payer en espèces. Je venais de faire un vol depuis la France avec 7 h de décalage horaire, une météo très humide et chaude et même pas l’idée de nous offrir un verre d’eau. Je déplore que le personnel ne soit pas mieux formé. Ça gâche le séjour

It was roomy. Our family of 5 was comfortable. The ceiling fan was great.

My husband and I travel to Houston, TX, often to visit with family. We are very particular about where we stay. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston West - Energy Corridor exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional! We would definitely recommend staying here.
