I'd stay here again
Pros:

The Comfort Inn & Suites in Rogersville, TN, is very nice. We had a very friendly and easy check-in. The lobby is beautiful with free coffee and lemon water. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower and water pressure was good. The breakfast was great. I'd stay here again.

Don’t know if I would stay there again

The property was quite . The people at front desk were nice.

Cons:

The parking was very cramped, I almost couldn’t get out of where I was parked. The room was dirty, the bathroom didn’t look cleaned so type of goopy stuff and hair on countertop, toilet and tub kept leaking and couldn’t tell if tub was rusted or just old and dirty. Towels were on the rough side, felt weird. The refrigerator was freezing everything and freezer needs defrosted. Afraid to sit on chair it looks dingy. Sheet on one of beds had a weird color stain. Carpet, well I wore slippers. I didn’t realize it was run down. The mattress itself wasn’t uncomfortable . The breakfast looks un appetizing

Not comfortable inn
Pros:

Second and last stay. Room was very musty smelling; hot tub was being repainted, pool was murky green and not heated.

Front desk was wonderful when we checked in and the breakfast was good.

Animal fees are to high and room wasn’t cleaned properly found spider webs behind chair and child’s toys in room.

Ladybug ladybug....
Pros:

Second room we had was nice. Smelled of fresh paint. Beds comfy.

Cons:

First room loaded with ladybugs which apparently there was an infestation we were not informed of but was told they let people know. Room smelled awful. She offered us another room and at first wanted a refund but because we booked with Booking, we would have to wait for our refund. Notice you get the worst rooms when booking with a third party. Sorry won't be booking with Booking due to that. Has happened many times and they make you feel like a second class citizen.

It was a convenient location for us. Enjoy our stay and will be back in the future.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. Decent breakfast w free coffee and lemon water in the lobby all day. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Ice machine was out of order on 2nd floor so had to go to the first floor all the time.

Need to work on cleanliness and fix some of the stuff that’s run down

Beetle bugs in the room in groups, very run down
And the breakfast guy fill into the
Stuff takes out the garbage out back door and never went and washed hands touching making coffee and refilling food. That is so nasty

Breakfast and location was decent. Breakfast staff was courteous.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room was not up to par. Bed sheets in particular. The water pressure for the shower and sink was dysfunctional.
