Nice room, comfy bed super cold air.
Front desk staff simply amazing! Willing to help in any and every way. Kitchen attendant/worked diligently keeping the food and coffee stocked and fresh. The pool and hot tub were delightful. Maintenance was having breakfast when we walked in. He greeted each person and wished us a wonderful day as he left the room.

Cons:

One of our rooms smelled like pets. But no problem, my travel partners were immediate relocated to a pristine room.

Adequate for an overnight
Pros:

We stayed one night since we were attending a family event. The room was adequate for a one-night visit. The handy microwave in the room was used for our late night dinner. While the bed was fine, the 5 pillows were very strange for a hotel: they were squares about 14 inches on each side (not traditionally sized) and quite hard. I could not use it and instead used a rolled-up sweatshirt for a pillow. Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold offerings as well as biscuits and gravy. We stayed here because we are members of the Choice Hotels frequent guest program. There are only two other hotels in town; and being realistic, this is probably the best of the lot. The member price for what we had was very reasonable, too. Just remember to bring your own pillow.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing had biscuits and gravy hot pancakes cold milk eggs sausage I mean what eles could you ask for they had fruits cereal oatmeal muffins honey buns it was a goif breakfast

Cons:

My door on room 117 it rub when you went in and was little hard to open but that was nothing....a good stay in all

Pros:

It was very clean and the hot tub was great but the pool was very cold.....everything was great but the mattress on the bed was very hard....I am disabled and I didn't like that but everything else was great.....we will stay here the next time we come to Tennessee 5-stars

Pros:

The property was quite . The people at front desk were nice.

Cons:

The parking was very cramped, I almost couldn’t get out of where I was parked. The room was dirty, the bathroom didn’t look cleaned so type of goopy stuff and hair on countertop, toilet and tub kept leaking and couldn’t tell if tub was rusted or just old and dirty. Towels were on the rough side, felt weird. The refrigerator was freezing everything and freezer needs defrosted. Afraid to sit on chair it looks dingy. Sheet on one of beds had a weird color stain. Carpet, well I wore slippers. I didn’t realize it was run down. The mattress itself wasn’t uncomfortable . The breakfast looks un appetizing
