Convenient. Close to hospital and bus terminal.
Pros:

You were conveniently located to the hospital where a family member was in critical condition.

Cons:

We arrived late and tired. You were notified in advance of our late arrival. After checking in, we went directly to our room. When I used my key card to open the door, to my surprise the 2 guests that had rented the room before us was still in the room. I immediately apologized and went back downstairs and told this to the desk clerk. We were given another room. However, no one offered us a free a free breakfast or anything. That situation could have gone bad. The next day, the maid didn't leave clean towels and didn't empty the waste cans.

Pleasant staff made up for an unpleasant stay.
Pros:

Very friendly kind staff.

Cons:

The room was sprayed with a scented deodoriser that made my sinuses swell and my eyes red. Awful, and when I opened the window to clear it, the room filled with the smell of fried food from the kitchen. I asked the hotel to book a taxi for me and it came twenty minutes late.
