Nice facility but unhappy consumer here
Pros:

Location to ballpark. Clean facility with very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Booked in April for August concert, through 3rd party, the hotel oversold rooms and were unable to accommodate our actual reservation, as they had no other rooms available. .. I was told to speak to supervisor who “ would be in eventually” but never appeared during our stay.

Lage ist optimal.
Sehr schöne Bar!

Cons:

Pool hat gefehlt, aber wir hatten das "falsche" Hilton Garden Inn ausgewählt (selber schuld)
Frühstück war leider nicht inbegriffen und eher teuer im Vergleich zur Qualität des Essens!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jenna in the restaurant was very pleasant and a great asset to the business.

It was close to downtown. It felt safe. The area it was in felt safe. The atmosphere was genuinely great when you walked in.

Cons:

I wish it had a pool, but still great.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t fully close. The larger curtain to block out light was bolted to the top of the rack so it didn’t close fully.

Marvelous place to stay & Alexis was marvelous!
Pros:

Outstanding location. Large room and very clean. Amazing staff, Alexis was truly wonderful person, she bent over backwards on a very busy day, she was a 10 out of 10. the Hotel was very close to everything that was needed.

We asked for two queen size beds when booking and got one king size bed and a pull out, I believe the vent in our room rattled all night.

Estaba super bien las habitaciones

Cons:

Una muchacha nos atendió el sábado 13 de junio 2026 eran como las 11pm y fue super grosera, si no te gusta atender a la gente, buscate otra chamba porq esa no es lo tuyo, la odié nos hizo pasar una noche amarga.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I mentioned that the toilet was leaking to the front desk. The maintenance staff member checked it out and said he would fix the next morning if he received a part. The toilet was usable so it was okay.
