Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kingsland

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Had a slight issue at check in, but they were able and willing to resolve the issue.

Only issue was the hot tub, huge reason I stay anywhere, was broken and the staff was unaware.

AC worked great, jet tub was comfy for 2 and was super relaxing. Bed was clean and comfy. Some things are just old and worn down but not bad. The pool is really small but that’s not what we were there for. The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing. We’ll definitely stay there again!

The hotel was dirty and not clean. There was an odor of cigarette smoke and mold in the hall and the room.

Very clean, great outdoor space. Great rooms with kitchen and sitting area. Already planning to go there again.

If you don’t mind dated and dingy, this place is okay for the money.

Staff was great. Place was quiet and just what I needed.

The hotel is in South Georgia in the summer without AC!

Check in was a breeze, the room was the problem. There were roaches and pubic hairs in all of the towels. The floors were dirty and tub itself was filthy with lots of rust.

Ok well I almost passed this property up and didn’t stay there , but I am ABSOLUTELY so grateful and happy I decided to stay there. I will say I used Expedia to book my reservation from the very beginning and that was the WORSE mistake of my life . It was supposed to be for 2 nights and they only did it for one and the next morning bin finding out we only was reserved for 1 night so I had to contact Expedia and they couldn’t do anything at all and they were absolutely no help to me and so we had to end up making another reservation for one more night same hotel and guess what the Expedia rep freaking booked a reservation for me at a completely different hotel and they refused to switch it to the one I was already at . Every single staff member at this property was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! Especially the African American woman who worked the front desk (I didn’t catch her name ) she had I think like purple hair she was so freaking nice and understanding and she let us stay on the property and swim and even heat our lunch up and the other lady she was a housekeeper and she had short hair and was ABSOLUTELY amazing to us as well and I cannot forget the Caucasian woman who worked 2nd shift and has dark black hair ..all of them ladies were so amazing and I’ll never forget how nice they were to me and my daughter and helped us so much ..I hope they never go anywhere and they really need a raise bc they def go over and beyond for their guest and they didn’t even hesitate to do so!

The 1st night The people above us were super loud and throwing rocks at our window ( our room was rightby the putt putt golf). When we told the front desk they called. But nothing changed and nothing was done. It was like that until after midnight. The 2nd night was the same. Went to the front desk the guy called the room and said the people in 127 (our room) said you are being too loud. That could have potentially been a safety issue our room number shouldhave never been mentioned. The hot tub did not work. We kept having to get new key card for our room. We got locked in the pool area. Because the gates were locked and the door lock on the door was broke so you couldnt use a key card to get in. The lady doing breakfast was nodding off and taking forever to get food out. Kiddos enjoyed the pool though. We stayed a total of 3 nights 2 paid for at the hotel. The other booked through Expedia as the hotel wouldn't honor the price. Very disappointed with our stay. We had no choice as our house was being sprayed for insects. We also didn't know that the family above was staying the 2nd night.

We had booked here because there was a charging station for our car but it was not working and the breakfast options are terrible.

Elevator button for first floor was inoperable waiting for repair person to arrive, hotel made accommodations so that we could avoid the use of the elevator while it was being addressed. Very helpful

Nice and clean I really enjoyed the suite setup very practical

We loved the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the beds! We wish there would have been some yogurt or eggs with breakfast, but otherwise it was an excellent stay at a very good price. The front desk staff was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Service was good staff were nice decent breakfast but the environment feels like I was at my apartment people walking around all night kids stumping so let's just say there no sleep throughout the night people smoking and hanging out in front of the place...

My stay was amazing. The staff are super friendly and always went above and beyond their duties to accommodate me and my family. I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel EVERY time I come to Kingsland GA.
