Roach infested. Only thing nice about the place were the staff members.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and respectful. And the property was close to the beach.

Cons:

First look the room was dirty. Sink was leaking and refrigerator was turned down with the knob removed so it could not get turned back up. My wife had to wipe down surface area. The only reason we didn’t check out the first night because we didn’t want to go thru the hassle of finding another location to stay at. Also the smoke detector had been covered in duct tape . We also stayed 3 nights . After the first night our towels were picked up and not returned. we really did not want to complain ONLY because the staff were super friendly. BUT we came home with ROACHES IN OUR BAGS . Im so disappointed.

The staff was great.

Cons:

The beds were awful. The breakfast was gross and they closed early. Putting away things before 9 so we couldn't eat. Everything was dirty. The fridge was rusty and so was the microwave. Stains on everything. Smelled like paint everywhere.

It was terrible
Pros:

Nothing woudnt stay there again.

Cons:

It was old and falling apart. You couldnt even see the beach. Everything was rusted. The refrigater was rusted. The microwave was rusted inside. The bed was hard. The couch was hard too.

Worst value for money
Pros:

Location was pretty decent. Thats the only likeable thing about this place.

Cons:

Absolutely a horrible value for the money spent. 300 bucks for one night while under full construction/renovation, parking lot was small and an absolute nightmare, the beds looked like they had been slept in several times already and they just pulled the blanket over. Paint over spray all over the floors, bed, and headboard. Even the mini fridge and microwave looked old rusty and musty. Bathroom handle fell off when I went to close the door, screws on the floor. ALL the furniture was very minimal and outdated. Wifi didnt work and the staff did not care. They just said it was broken.

Pros:

I liked that it was walking distance from the beach. The staff was nice.

Cons:

Ice machine and refrigerator was broken. The A/C wasn’t cold like it was supposed to. I reported it but maintenance never came.

Won’t stay here again
Pros:

Luggage cart broken, door handle to room opens backwards, seemed very dirty, couldn’t work the phone, only 1 girl working the front( she was nice) manager was never around. Had to ask for extra bedding and had to carry it myself to the room, vending machine was $4 for a soda. Lots of trash around the parking lot.
Will not stay again.

We won’t be choosing that hotel again.
Pros:

The only thing to like was that the third floor had been redone so the inside of the room was nice looking.

Cons:

Most of the property is run down, there was not really any hot water to shower with(it was luke warm at best), they had no blankets to go with the fold out sofa, the breakfast was not good at all and had sub par choices. Our key card wouldn’t even let us in our room so multiple times we had to go down and get a new one.

Clean comfortable and location all great
Pros:

Very clean and close to the port

Cons:

The restaurant was extremely busy and the wait was over an hour to get our food. The hotel was very busy as it was embankment day for ships
