Great
Pros:

I’d like that we did have parking but the staff was friendly. We were able to eat breakfast that morning and the shuttle took us to the ship and they picked us up when we got back.

Would double check advertised pricing before you book.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We did not appreciate the false advertising when we booked our rooms. They stated $60 parking for the length of our cruise, it was closer to $175. Then, after a two hour wait at the cruise terminal, we had to rent an Uber to get out of the cold and rain and back to the hotel to pick up our vehicle.

Bed bugs in our bed and manager refused to comp the room.
Cons:

Woke up to bed bugs biting and found more bed bugs we collected some in a cup and called front desk he was very nice and kept the cup with the bugs to show to his manager in the morning. The following morning we spoke to the manager and was shocked at how horrible the customer service, the manager response was she refused to do anything comp the room or anything until she got a confirmation from the pest control that they were bed bugs. We left to go on our cruise and came back 5 days later and went back to be told they haven't heard anything and that we still had to wait to find out what they would do for us. The fact that we provided evidence and even the night shift staff confirmed as well felt that the right thing the manager should of done was apologize and comp the room and not make it more inconvenient for the customer. We did contact corporate and they also found it shocking and weird that the manager didn't just comp us and said that it was up to the manager and that she is authorized to do so without jumping through all these inconveniences.

Cons:

Parking for cruises went from $50 ($25 for ea.) to $125. It’s less expensive to park at port parking than room and parking totals for those watching cost.
