It was good. Clean and the coffee was good.
Close proximity to Minneapolis
Robert and his staff were exceptional. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience !!
Location, service, cleanliness
Like location and have always liked staying in past years.
Pool was nice.
Exercise room equipment limited and the few things there were broken.
Peleton bike scene didn’t work and seat broken. Treadmill kept stopping and had sign on it to not use the incline function.
Hot tub was dirty / slimey - needed a good cleaning.
Patio & pool area were perfect spaces for our extended family to gather outside of our separate rooms
Loved all of it
Good beakfast!
The guy at the front desk when I checked in was very short with me and made me feel like I was nothing more than a bother to him or an inconvenience at time of check in. Because I booked through an online site, he was obviously frustrated with it; told me, "Not to book with those people." and when I tried to communicate that the card reader was showing ACCEPTED, I was cut off by him again as he stated, "Dont mind that, "Dont pay attention to that." I'm sorry... but in the US a card reader is there to show people if the transaction is going through. If it's been accepted, or unaccepted. And he made me feel absolutely uncomfortable. So I will be calling to see if you would like to comp me a room for a night in hopes that this was just an isolated incident and not a reflection of Hamptons employees and how they handle their clients.
Clean and quiet, as I have come to expect from H Inns. I requested a quiet room at the end of the hallway, or top floor, and was given both!
Nice variety at breakfast, though our party included a dairy allergy, and there weren’t many options for her. A tough one, I know.
Clean, large rooms
lack of restaurant options nearby, doesn't have to do w/ the hotel.
hot tub closed
Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Shower was clean. Room smelled good.
The bed. Hampton has always had the very comfy beds. Wow this one felt like the springs were coming through and very hard!
Clean, quiet, exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.
Not a lot of seating in the breakfast area, either you had to sit with people you didn't know or you had to come down early and stake out a table.
The property was clean.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and we left early with aches and pains from the bed. We could hear everything on the floor above us which also prevented sleep. There were no vending machines on the floor. Not many channels to watch on the TV. Expensive for the quality.
