Pros:

Muy bonito hotel! Alejado del bullicio de Lisboa en una zona tranquila. Preciosa vista al mar. Restaurante con muy buena comida ! Habitación muy confortable y con amenidade de buena calidad. Sin duda regresaría !

Beautiful, clean and relaxing. Perfect except the amazing beach nearby is not close enough on foot and hotel shuttle is infrequent. Quick cheap uber so not an issue. Will stay again if in the area. I recommend the place!

The hotel was good in general. We enjoyed our vacation, but unfortunately there were a few negative things about our stay as well.
We arrived a few hours before check in, we had to wait a while which wasn’t a issue for us. But we wanted to order some food since we were up very early, except that wasn’t possible since lunch was going to start in a hour. The second day we wanted to have some diner and order a la carte. When we arrived at our reserved table we were told that they only had ‘burgers and pizza’ available since they also had a buffet going on. Which was kind of weird and disappointing because I got an email from the hotel itself the week before with all the menus so we could check out the food beforehand and now we already had 2 times within 2 days where we could not order (all) the food. Breakfast is also kind of chaotic. Some of the food is in one place, the other food is at the other side of the breakfast hall. People constantly walking along the tables.
The first time we came into the room we discovered a weird smell in the bathroom. We told the staff. Staff couldn’t notice the smell at first. The smell was still bothering us, so we went back to reception and they were so nice to change our room. Second room was fine.
On the Expedia website it also says that the hotel is only “2 minutes” away from the beach. This isn’t true at all. We had to Uber back and fourth to the beach which was a 10 minute drive. Besides that the staff was really nice and friendly.

We really enjoyed this stay! The pools were very nice and large and the staff was amazing. They were always very attentive and around when we needed something. They also had a free shuttle to the beach. I think the pool bar food could have been better (especially for the price), but overall this was a great experience!

Accueil froid avec une personne très fermée . Je suis membre IHG et je bénéficiais de l’accueil vip. En vain . Rien …
Erreurs dans les commandes , barman long alors que salle complément vide ( 30 à 40 mn pour avoir de nouveau cocktails)
Bon rapport qualité prix mais vraiment y’a des choses à revoir au niveau du personnel . Le client doit être bien accueilli c’est la base du commerce .
