Hotel has a great location. However, noise and cleanliness of the room and hallways was a big disappointment.

It wasn’t what we thought didn’t get ocean view like said we was, very unhappy.

We left on 6/25 at 8:30 am , we was to be checked out on 6/26 @ 11am. T reason we left early was on check in date we got to our room and we tried to start a pot of coffee and the coffee pot didn’t work, it wouldn’t turn on. So I called down to the main lobby at 430 pm on 6/22, about the coffee pot I was told the housekeeper would bring us one up . It was 8:30 pm on 6/22 and we still didnt have a coffee pot . So I called again the receptionist told me once again she would let house keeping know that they had to go acrossed the street to get it . When we woke up the next morning 6/23 still no coffee pot so we left . When we came back at 3:30 and we had a coffee pot brand new [link removed] maker. Then we took a shower and the water was so high in the tub and wouldn’t drain properly. So with my husband being a plumber he took the stopper off and their was a band aide , lots of hair and a used condom in the drain. So he threw it all away In the garbage . The drain works and water goes through good now . I found roach climbing on wall , there was a cigarette behind the night stand in between the beds. There was also gnats all over the room.Our view was of a nasty alley way full of trash not a good view. Was told we was getting an ocean view in reservation . When we got home I was cleaning out our suit cases that I took outside of the porch because of the roach. I brought our clothes in and was shaking them out to wash them and a roach fell out on my floor . The wait time for elevators was crazy we had to wait a long time , they only had 3 elevators working the whole week . With that many people you need all four elevators working . This was so disgusting and disappointing vacation for the amount of money spent . Your website pictures are false advertisement.

Alright for price but not comfort.
Pros:

Close to the center, very walkable

Cons:

The beds very uncomfortable,the mattress’s are old, felt like you were going to roll out on the floor. Carpet didn’t look clean. The toilet dripped water all the time.
Parking is a block away in a garage.

The location was perfect & the room was clean!! Would I go back to them, No!!!!

Property was clean & location was the best!!!

Cons:

The pool was just a lap pool! Not a real swimming pool!! Had to use your credit card for the room safe!! Didn’t use it!! No chairs in room either!! Always had to sit on bed to eat!!!
