On the whole, disappointing for a Best Western.
Pros:

Location. It was convenient for the motorway and the area we wanted to visit. The hotel is within walking distance of Blaise Castle and museum.

Cons:

Parking was not easy. The hotel advertises free parking but there is very little room for all the cars.

Overall good but watch out for the annex rooms which might not suit you.
Pros:

Good location for us. Fans provided in rooms thank goodness as it was very hot.
Different experiences in two rooms though

Cons:

We had two rooms booked. My daughter was in the main building and had a lovely room. We however were in the annex a separate building upstairs in the eaves with sloping ceilings, not great in hot weather. My advice check what you might get when you book if you can as this wasn’t clear. Bathrooms great, good shower.

Very comfortable, great value stay!
Pros:

Tucked away in a lovely corner of the Bristol area. Surprisingly very comfortable, great value. I enjoyed a lovely summer evening walk on the Bristol to Brecon walk directly opposite the hotel. I slept well, woke up nice & fresh for a productive business work day. Would recommend, would visit again.

Cons:

No complaints really. There may have been a little technical problem with the intercom - reception failed to make the morning wake up call. (But they did warn me there was a possible problem on arrival and thankfully I slept well & woke up in time)
