Cons:

We had a very disappointing experience with the housekeeping service at this hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were far below expectations. One day, housekeeping left a laundry bag in the room, dirty towels were left on the floor, and empty bottles were not cleaned up. Even more concerning, they left our room door open until we returned, which was unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. The bathroom sink was blocked and needed to.call the maintenace team for fixing everyday

Overall, the housekeeping standards were very poor and need serious improvement

Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt am Hotel. Große Zimmer mit schönen Bädern.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer hat dauerhaft geheizt anstatt zu kühlen und konnte trotz Anruf bei der Rezeption nicht repariert werden. Morgens hat sich diese nach der manuellen Abschaltung am Abend von selbst wieder aktiviert und weiter geheizt statt zu kühlen.

You have to take a tram and a bus so it can be a bit inconvenient but okay. Staff wasn't as friendly as other hotels I was in Italy
