Hotel is old, very teared out and whole expericence was rather dissapointing

Cons:

Hotel is very old, even they did some light renovation, all the main things that are not refurbished really spoil the whole expericence. Bathrooms are very old and some parts of furniture poping out from the wall due to age, breakfast are and tables are also very old. Spa was dirty and water in the pool cold and it didn’t look clean at all. We couldnt get robes for spa as we were informed that robes are available only for Suite and Junior Suite guests (??). On top of everything we have booked standard room and got room for disabeled people so ugly and dirty bathrooms were bigger. This is my 2nd Radisson dissapointment jn last 12 monts and I will definitely avoid the whole brand as this same experience in two different countries cannot be accidental.

Bardzo dobra obsługa przy barze.

Cons:

W pokoju bardzo chłodno ustawiona klimatyzacja, słabe możliwości regulacyjne, hałaśliwa. Brak pantofli. Niewielki pokój. Brak wody mineralnej w pokoju, ani na piętrze, a jedynie można było nabrać przy recepcji, tylko do kubka; brak butelki do napełniania.

Le bar man qui travaille le soir, il s’appelle Nordine il était très gentille avec nous. Je suis venu avec ma femme et il nous a mis à l’aise. On est avenu deux fois. Franchement le bar man Nordine il était très professionnel et très aimable 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Le premier jour chambre 825 les draps étaient très grattante. Je pense pas qu’ils étaient propres.
