The receptionist, Clara, is very professional
We always stop here on our way to and from Brussels.
Subdued elegant tones. Hushed solid walls and partitions create spaces we inhabit with utter confidence and a sense of belonging.
No Schuko outlets near bed! We like to use laptop in our bed.

Nous avons mangé 2x au resto le soir, une fois très bien mais la seconde pas top du tout, viande trop cuite, assiette froide mais aucun geste suite à notre réclamation. C’est dommage

* I have received extremely good follow up communications from the Radisson Blu Milan (Clara) since I have returned home. We openly discussed the issues I faced during our visit and I am confident that the experience I had is not normal for this hotel. Having discussions with Clara has left me feeling more unlucky rather than feeling like I was taken advantage of. The hotel has since offered reimbursement of some of the costs for my stay. This was not something I was looking or asked for them to do. It was a nice touch offered by Clara because I think she understood some of my issues once I explained them out further.
*Hotel Reception / Bar staff were very good
1) Pool area was dirty and many items not fully working. For example only two jets in 8 jet whirlpool worked.
2) Unisex changing.
3) Pool water temperature was freezing and heater within the pool room area also broken or not switched on.
4) Our room was 31 degrees, we asked reception and they said the air con was not turned on during that part of the year. Hotel offered a fan which did nothing for us.
5) Hallways are very poorly lit. Half the artwork photos in hallway are hanging poorly.
6) The hotel lifts take ages to arrive and often take you in the incorrect direction.
7) Food was cold, lady in restaurant who served us was horrible and very rude and never smiled once
8) 6 euros for a 1 litre bottle of still water is too excessive IMO

كلمتهم قالو مانشغل التكييف الا في الصيف
رغم ان الوقت الي انا كنت موجود فيه في الظهر يعتبر الجو حار
يعني راح تتطر تفتح الشباك لتبريد الغرفه
تفتح الشباك تدخلك كل انواع الحشرات

Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit stilvollem Design und einer angenehm ruhigen Atmosphäre. Besonders das freundliche Personal und die gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn haben mir gefallen. Die Zimmer waren s komfortabel – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Mailand! Positiv war das Upgrade auf eine Suite direkt beim Check-in.
Leider wirkte das Zimmer stellenweise etwas abgenutzt. Besonders an den Türen und Rahmen. Zudem war die ganze Nacht über ein störendes Geräusch der Abluft zu hören, was die Nachtruhe etwas beeinträchtigt hat.
