It was ok we didn’t really spend a lot of time in the room
Pros:

Breakfast was good the lady taking care of the cleaning and making sure there was plenty of the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t that clean especially the shower curtain had a bacterial smell to it. The sheets had spots on them and my grandson didn’t want to sleep on the bed. I called and had them change the sheets in which they did and explained that some sheets the stains don’t come off anymore even when they use Clorox.it

Best place to stay in Lincoln County
Pros:

WOW!!!!! IF you haven't stayed at this La Quinta in Ruidoso Downs NM lately its time you do. Completely renovated, everything is brand new. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast and the customer service is the best. Great like new hotel with a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and the outside back courtyard is great for sitting out in the evenings. What are you waiting for?

I've enjoyed all my stays thus far and will continue to book here whenever I need a room in Ruidoso.
Pros:

Staff is friendly, every room I've stayed in has been spotless and very comfortable! The rooms were quiet and breakfast was hot and delicious.

, This is the 6 stays at the Hotel; they promised me the Hot tub is working before I came. NO IT WASN'T WORKING AGAIN, THE FRONT DESK AT CHECK IN TOLD ME IT WAS WORKING, QUESS WHAT IT WASN'T WORKING. THIS HAS BEEN MY 6 STAYS; I go up twice a year. I am not a happy camper.

Plensent but the place could you a good coat of paint

Staff was super friendly. Beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Lots of areas looked liked they were painted in a big rush, splatters everywhere. The floors felt dirty. The fitness center was very minimal, no mirrors, tv and thrown together equipment that was broken.

Never will stay there again. I’ve already complained to Wyndham. Hope something comes out of this
Pros:

After checking in, I asked if the Jacuzzi was working and that’s when I was informed that it was not. I paid 40 extra dollars to stay at this property for its amenities especially the Jacuzzi for I have a bad knee and was really looking forward to using jets on it place I had stayed the week before in Ruidoso. The Jacuzzi filled up with bubbles so bad I I felt I got sick was very disappointed. I won’t stay there again.

Cons:

I did not like the way the staff in the morning graded me for using a third-party to rent out rooms within a company that that’s what they do

The second night we turned on the air just so we couldn’t hear the traffic.

It was very noisy. The first night the traffic was horrible you could hear everything .
