Cons:

Zimmer war sehr kalt, bei ca. 10 °C Außentemperatur. Alle Heizungen waren aus. Als Begründung am nächsten Morgen, die Heizung machen die Gäste immer erst selber an, und da wir erst Abends gekommen sind (was angekündigt wurde), sind die Zimmer halt kalt. Zimmer wurden trotz auf gedrehter Heizung auch bis morgens nicht warm (Wahrscheinlich wegen Nachtabsenkung). Warmwasser kam erst nach ca. 5 Minuten lauwarm aus dem Wasserhahn. Beides lud am Morgen nicht zum duschen ein.

Prima verblijf in comfortabel hotel
Pros:

Rustige ligging, ruime kamer met zitje, alles schoon, grote badkamer met goede douche, bar met groot zitgedeelte om te verblijven, heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt en prima drie gangendiner ‘s avonds.
Bovenal vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Niks, we werden onvriendelijk afgescheept.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleken de geboekte en bevestigde kamers niet beschikbaar. Er werd ons kenbaar gemaakt dat dit om 13.30 per mail was doorgegeven. Aangezien we aan het wandelen waren hebben we geen mail bekeken. De medewerker gaf dit gewoon te kennen en besprak geen enkele optie om ons tegemoed te komen. We moesten het maar uitzoeken. Pas naar lang aandringen, keek hij naar een mogelijke optie. Deze bleek 100 euro duurder voir de kamers. Ook hierin kwam geen geste om ons te helpen.
Zou niemand deze ongastvrije manier van omgang aanraden.

Pros:

Ontbijt en dagmenu zijn uitstekend

Cons:

De matrassen zijn compleet op, slap en bultig, echt niet te gebruiken.
De hele nacht felle verlichting van de straatlantaarn, gordijntjes zijn onvoldoende.
Neem zelf mee: haardroger, shampoo en zeep.
Deze kamer is een belediging voor de gast.

Simpel hotel met een te dure prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed en gratis parkeergelegenheid.
De locatie van het hotel is wel mooi, een goede uitvalsbasis om het mooie Zuid-Limburg te ontdekken.

Cons:

Wij hadden een erg verouderde kamer en badkamer.
Dit stond niet in verhouding met de prijs/kwaliteit.
Het personeel kon ook wat vriendelijker.
