Ubicación perfecta y personal atento
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, es excelente, muy cerca de la plaza y de la medina. La habitación es simple pero funcional. La terraza del restaurante está bien y con vistas a la Koutoubia. El personal bien, en general atento, amable y correcto.

Cons:

El bufet del desayuno se queda un poco corto, hay poca variedad. En la habitación falta un pequeño mueble-escritorio para dejar objetos, no hay señal de TV y el secador simplemente no tiene la instalación hecha, y hay termitas en las maderas del techo, pero nada grave.

Lovely location close to the medina and views from the restaurant terrace oner the mosque. Not too noisy. Helpful staff

Cons:

There was not really hot water in the shower. It was quite cold in Marsch, the AC did not heat the room.

Os funcionários do pequeno almoço muito atenciosos.
A localização muito boa, uma vez que era perto do centro.

Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful at all times, the air condition works pretty fine, there is hot water at all times, the location is very close to the Medina and close to the bus stop

Cons:

Just that this property is not very clean and a old building not very clean with no lift you have to carry your bags to the 1st floor the renovated rooms are at the 3rd floor there are no lights in the corridor very hard to manage the breakfast was cold at all times, there are better options in the area please look harder for a better property to stay at.

Give it a miss!
Pros:

Stayed last week. TV not available, but all else OK.
Returned last night and had the most dreadful staff. 5 lied to me, 4 shouted at me.
Seems like a dodgy arrangement at restaurant refusing to accept card and lying that machine broken.
Was told hotel manager would be informed tomorrow, when she was actually sat in an office opposite.

Was reduced to tears by 4 staff shouting at me in a language I don't understand, in front of restaurant customers.

Manager initially offered to do anything, then did nothing.

Room incredibly noisy, no TV to drown it out, so ended up with only 1 hour sleep last night.

Cons:

Staff lying and shouting at me in public, and manager doing nothing about it. Staff refusing to apologise, despite admitting lying and manager doing nothing to help.
I am a seasoned traveller and this reduced me to tears!!

Da non ripetere. Prima volta che non vedevo l'ora di lasciare un albergo.
Pros:

Solo la posizione. Buona perché la struttura è al centro ma è anche per questo motivo esposta ai rumori del traffico costante e della vita notturna (musica, gente che parla a altra voce, radio, claxon, ecc.)

Cons:

Tutta la struttura: corridoi e e tratti di scale al buio, lavori in corso con sacchi di calcinacci per le scale, stanze umide, sporche, fori nei muri verso l'esterno, materassi macchiati, spazio doccia condiviso con il WC e assenza di pendenza dello scolo impedendo l'uso del WC dopo la doccia a causa del pavimento inondato, assenza di finestre dei bagni tranne in una che dava verso il corridoio dell'albergo e un'altra verso l'esterno, finestre con gli spifferi, stanze mal isolate sia acusticamente che termicamente, infissi decadenti. Ho dovuto cambiare 4 stanze in 5 notti! Avevo chiesto per tempo due stanze vicine avendo bambini piccoli e invece me ne hanno due stanze in diversi piani la notte dell'arrivo nonostante io avessi dato istruzioni chiare in merito.

Idéalement situé en plein centre de Marrakech près de la vieille ville.
Personnel très serviable.
La terrasse du petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mosquée et la chaîne de l’Atlas en fond.

Cons:

Les fenêtres isolent très mal du bruit de la rue et des appels à la prière de la mosquée de Koutoubia située juste en face.
