Hotel minimum, un peu "roots" sans souci particulier mais sans charme non plus.
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour qui veut profiter des atouts touristiques du centre de marrakech, place Djema el Fna, souks, taxis... vue sympa sur la Koutoubia. Terrasse agréable, avec un superbe musicien de Oud en soirée, repas corrects. Personnel sympa et souriant.
Les chambres donnant rue Fatma Zohra sont calmes.

Cons:

l'ensemble est beldi... salle de bains minimaliste dans les équipements, se transformant en piscine après une douche,
réglage de la chaleur de l'eau quasi absent, portes et placards ne fermant pas, coffre-fort ne fonctionnant pas.
Pas de beurre au petit déjeuner...

Pros:

The staff are very nice and helpful. Did not onow where to get water from at 2am at night one of the staff went to the store and got it for me and brought it to my room

Cons:

Everything was good besides the breakfast, not the best selection and it taste cheap

Hotel Restaurant in perfect location to watch the world go by any time specially night
Pros:

Location in the centre opposite koutoubia Mosque stones throwaway from Jamba Elena. All the main facilities right next to each other.

Great location,
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, excellent location.

Cons:

Rooms not as shown in pictures, toilet slightly wobbly, wardrobe door hit bed couldn't fully open, had to climb over the corner of bed to get to opposite side, pillows way to thick you get neck vramp, room door lock when you locked it you could literally push it open from outside, breakfast was very minimal fried egg, or abit of patiserie. Orange juice and coffee was about the best thing on offer. Language barrier with breakfast staff.

In the grand scheme we only booked one night to go to agafay, so for the price it was ok for a night but definitely wouldn't stay longer. Rooms need modernising.

Proximité de tous. Personnel adorable toujours présent pour satisfaire nos moindres envies.
Petit déjeuner varié.
Et super resto et bonne ambiance pour manger et boire un verre
