Pros:

Max the Manager was helpful with transporting wife to nearby hospital. He should be commended.

Cons:

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

Breakfast was very disappointing. Stale choc chip muffins, could not access other items. Could not reach coffee cups or coffee machine. Sparse choices - for price of room and "free" breakfast, very disappointed.

Cons:

Difficult to maneuver around room in wheelchair due to carpeting and narrow space between bed and table. Height of bed made it difficult to transfer into bed. Not convenient for person in wheelchair. Desk clerk helpful.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower didnt work in room 202. Every room should have a microwave instead of 3 in the hallway with one not working. One works good and the other takes twice as long to heat up

It did the job.

A loud sound that sounded like a large electric motor winding up and down all the time. Only drink vending machines.

I live locally, but I use this hotel for the Jacuzzi for my arthritis

Cons:

They need to do a better job of cleaning the Jacuzzi. I always bring my own cleaning products but this day it took me over an hour to clean the Jacuzzi before I could use it.

Cons:

Hot water stopped the minute I got soap in my hair. Very clean room but the sink was so old that it was cracked. Front desk was excellent!!!!
Tv was tiny but worked great

Pros:

Friendly staff, accommodating, good breakfast options, great WIFI and walking distance to a Starbucks. Was given a discount due to noise disturbances in a neighboring room. I would highly recommend,
