Please clean…rooms and common areas need cleaning.

Rooms were dirty; surfaces were filthy so we requested alternative room and management brought us to a room with no curtains or window treatments whatsoever. We were shocked, and declined that room. Finally provided room with curtains and cleaner surfaces but with bugs abound. Won’t stay here vs again.

The blonde who we complained to in the morning was very unfriendly and rude.
Cons:

I was in town for my son’s wedding and was placed in a room with no curtain. So as soon as it became daylight at 5:30 am you were awake even when you didn’t want to be. So I had to attend looking like I had bags under my eyes from lack of sleep.

Cons:

Breakfast was either waffles(not very good) or cereal. No fresh fruit. Room was the dirtiest that I have stayed in, including sheets.

It’s ok because it’s the closest to my destination

It was close to my destination

Cons:

The staff and their attitudes. I called prior to arriving and asked if my room could be ready around 11 due to how far I was traveling the Indian guy said yes and that I would be in either 116 or 118 I said ok. When I got there the white guy was very rude and nonchalant about the whole situation and was treating me like I never spoke to anyone and told me I had to wait and somebody stole my ear buds… And when I called about it. They didn’t care.

Awful.
Pros:

Nothing. It was awful in every way. We had to leave early.

Cons:

There were several piles of cat puke in our room. The breakfast was dry and gross. The house keeping barely did anything. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Pros:

Stay was good and affordable. The location seemed very remote and kind of scary. But the place is safe and later came to know from the front desk staff. Breakfast was average.

Worst thing was sticking to the dirty carpet in the room.
Pros:

Convenient to wedding venue. Beds were comfortable. Linens were clean.

Cons:

Carpet in room was filthy. Your shoes would stick to it. Toilet was dirty. No coffee in room. Weeds outside the door made the entrance look trashy.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The bed was incredibly hard. The traffic noise was loud. I could hear talking and Tvs from other rooms most of the night. The little coffee maker was very dirty inside. I got almost 2 hrs of sleep before I gave up and watched the storm while waiting for daylight.

2 very short stays, overall ok for just a resting spot between destinations.
Pros:

it was ok. 1st stay was more options then our 2nd stay. no choices for a diabetic.
it qas a halfway point between destinations so stayed going and again coming back. both stays were overall good. 1st stay had cleanliness issue in bathroom. 2nd stay cleaner.

Cons:

the bathroom toilet was dirty, hair on toilet and feces spletter in bowl. mirror was spoted with what looked like dried toothpaste splatter ( cleaned myself) tvs were small and up high making reading the menu or guide difficult. the room window couldnt be opened at all. in the morning around 8 am a cleaning lady just walked in the room without knocking or announcing her enttance. realized we were there apoligized and left but all the same not appropriate to at least knock or check for checkout b4 just entering.
