Good ppl good beds but to freeze your people is crazy

Cons:

When you walk into the hotel, it smelled really bad of curry and then I went to the one hotel room. There was poop on the seat of the toilet. There was stains on the bed and stains on the pillowcase then they gave me a second room and in the second room the toilet was also dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them. The pillowcase had something black all over it and the telephone had brown stuff all over the inside of the telephone where you lay down the receiver. It looked like poop. I’m struggling to get money back from them because of the fact that they are very upset with me because I didn’t like their facilities so they just wanted me to leave and now they refused to give me my hundred dollars back.

Cons:

Didn't accept my AMEX card for payment after advising me me account was LOCKED. In checking with AMEX, this information was found to be FALSE. MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT LOCKED. The motel didn't want to pay the higher AMEX fees. I reserved the room with my AMEX card.
PS: I'm a CHOICE member and should receive the usual rewards points on my account.

Very quiet, peaceful, nice rooms. Decent continental breakfast. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and polite
