Baia D'Oro Hotel

In generale la qualità della struttura compreso il cibo dovrebbe migliorare, il tutto viene però compensato dalla posizione dell'hotel decisamente buona.

Il personale Molto disponibile, hanno subito sistemato un errore avvenuto in fase di prenotazione. Inoltre la camera aveva una vista mare bellissima. Poteva essere migliore il servizio al bar invece.
In generale il soggiorno è stato gradevole!

Bella struttura, con posizione strategica, personale accogliente disponibile.

Nota positiva al personale, nota negativa la scarsa pulizia delle stanze , non si possono trovare le ragnatele in stanza, è inconcepibile Per un servizio da 4 stelle

Globalement correct. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. On a bénéficié d'une grande chambre avec deux balcons (un peu de mobilier comme une table et deux chaises auraient été bienvenue sur l’un des balcons). On a accès directement à la plage de sable et à la grande piscine.
Autour de l’hôtel pas grand chose donc il faut absolument une voiture si vous souhaiter visiter sans être dépendant des excursions de l’hôtel.
Le buffet par contre a peu d'intérêt : peu de choix et nourriture insipide.

Par contre deux mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée :
- On a essayé de me faire payer le parking alors qu'il était indiqué gratuit et inclus sur la réservation.
- Pas de wifi gratuit alors qu'il était indiqué gratuit et inclus sur la réservation..

posizione incantevole.......su una magnifica baia......la nota negativa e la cucina che abbiamo avuto il modo di poter VALUTARE......almeno nel periodo del nostro soggiorno....... i piatti presentati sempre gli stessi ed i costi per quello che si e mangiato elevati............e non credo che debba essere un cliente a dire cosa vuole mangiare .............tenendo conto che in altri luoghi abbiamo mangiato divinamente........

Service really poor and unpolite staff. Restaurant managed very badly with non competent manager and food under any standard. Breakfast basic with coffee served in plastic cup. Wifi only in common area and old TVs in room my was not working. Noisy staff too. Only good aspect perfect location x holiday

Dicono spiaggia privata ma vogliono essere pagati €15,00 al giorno per sdraio e sedie.

L'unico aspetto positivo di questo hotel è la posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il paese di Licata è distante e non raggiungibile a piedi, pertanto la struttura è consigliabile solo per chi si muove in automobile. Anche se tra i servizi proposti compare il wifi e il noleggio biciclette, entrambi non sono disponibili. L'utilizzo della piscine prevede un pagamento a parte. Animazione rumorosa e di pessima qualità.

Il personale è stato abbastanza gentile. Sempre disponibile e sorridente.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Abendessen wurde angeboten, eine Speisekarte oder Vorabinformation gab es diesbezüglich leider nicht.

Unfriendly stuff, constant noise and very loud music at every hour of te day and night (from a club near by). Great location on the beach but overall would not recommend at all. Bad value for money

El desayuno era bastante pobre , el hotel daba a la playa pero se debia pagar servicio adicional por las sobrillas y reposeras, la wifi no andaba en la habitacion , solo en el hall. La ubicacion era lejos de algun centro comercial.

Good service from some Staff.The breakfast was very bad because they havent got Any kitchen staff Who was answering for the breakfast.The poolarea and the beach was brilliant! Anyway we recommends this hotel because the stuff listen and really tryed to change to the better, even the breakfast got better when we complain.

we stayed there only for two nights, but were happy to leave as soon as possible.
we booked a room with sea view and got a room without balcony and a small window. ok, thats not a big deal as we wanted to spend the day outside and the evening on the beach. unfortunately the beach was closed in the evening. the pool area was almost empty, but very noisy ... maybe because of the worst dj i´ve ever experienced.
the air condition of the room didnt work at all, even we informed the staff at the reception about it and they promised that they would activate it from their desk. finally we managed to set up the temp in our room to 16°C, but the room remained hot. also the fan in the bathroom didnt work and we could not lock the door properly. you have to be very lucky to get one of the staff who speaks english.
the hotel itself is very noisy and so you can listen to other guest in the corridor as if they are talking in your room. most guests are seniors or families and the hotel was fully booked.
the hotel resaurant brings you back to the 80´s and the food was not great either. here i recommend to go for a pizza at the hotel pizzeria beside the pool or to visit one of the nice beach clubs nearby.
the breakfast was ok, nothing special and you need to be there very on time as they stop to refill the buffett at around 9:30am.
despite of all this inconveniences the staff is very friendly and willing to help even without english and the beach itself is very relaxing and beautiful.

this hotel is really nice..great staff...the best location in sicily...a little far from town...need car good food

This tourist industry monster was completely empty when we check-in. The staff we meet was friendly but bluntly explained that the hotel is practically closed.
The worst thing was the bloodthirsty mosquito in the room. We never experienced so many, such sleepless nights and so many baits!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!
The hotel surroundings were also totally abandoned and only the stray dogs accompany us on the dirty beach.
No wireless Internet service and practically no breakfast.
We are thankful to the Romanian guy who helped us with his computer.

The Hotel Baia D'oro is very close to the sea and extremely relaxing. It does not have a safe in the rooms and breakfast is very poor, but staff will always greet you, even if they do not speak English. The hotel restrauant would not be the best around, but there are two beach clubs within a 3 minute walking distance that are the nicest and worth a visit. The beach is amazing! It was just the nicest relaxing holiday I have had to date. It was a shame that the use of the beach loungers was not included in the price of the stay, but that you have to pay extra on leaving. English is a bit of an issue, but just bring an Italian dictionary. It is great!
