The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. There is a good complimentary hotel shuttle service provided. The one glaring negative feature is the shower attachment and dated shower curtains . They need to be upgraded.

Slow service around poll, waited over 18 minutes for a drink, asked for a towel from the life guard, he never provided it. Life guard more obsessed with music that was playing and not the kids in the pool.
