The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

The thermal suite is charged at GBP 15 per person. The use is free of charge for guests who have booked treatments.

Car parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and guests advised to use the RingGo app to manage their own parking and to be charged at GBP 20 per 24 hours.

Late check-out is subject to availability and costs GBP 30 per hour.

The Harmony & Serenity spa at Manchester Piccadilly Hotel offers 6 treatment rooms, a nail bar, thermal suite including a steam room, sauna and ice shower and a relaxation area for our guests to unwind and relax in. Hotel guests can purchase 2-hour facilities pass for £15.00 per person (subject to availability on the day)**
The Spa is open for treatments Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. To avoid disappointment we recommended spa treatments are pre-booked prior to arrival.

The bath is a lie
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, close enough to all attractions and parking.

Cons:

Room said it had a bath when booking and on pictures. The room did not have a bath, the bath was a lie.

Not the hotels fault per say but there was a large protest outside the hotel when we were staying, some foreign adversaries were shouting into the microphone about caged chickens? It caused alarm and distress with a lot of guests anxiously waiting in the lobby unsure if it was safe to leave, crazy.

Perfect conference location
Pros:

Helpful staff and great food
Comfortable bed
Lovely conference facilities

Cons:

First 2 rooms had no table in … 3rd room I was moved to was fantastic
However, the number of towels I had reduced every day … everytime I used one they failed to replace it (including bath mat)

Pros:

Staff very friendly and accomodating, beds comfortable

Cons:

Dirty plates left outside the room we were staying in and some cold water spraying from the shower connection (easily fixed with a flannel) but not ideal

Shame about the noise
Pros:

Lovely lounge bar area, great location and super friendly staff

Cons:

Lack of sleep!
This is my third night at this hotel and I don’t think I’ll stay again the rooms are so noisy with people coming in early hours talking loudly in corridors before going to their rooms and the sound of next doors TV until 2am. Could hear every word from room next door.Sound proofing is far better in Premier Inn!!
