The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

The thermal suite is charged at GBP 15 per person. The use is free of charge for guests who have booked treatments.

Car parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and guests advised to use the RingGo app to manage their own parking and to be charged at GBP 20 per 24 hours.

Late check-out is subject to availability and costs GBP 30 per hour.

The Harmony & Serenity spa at Manchester Piccadilly Hotel offers 6 treatment rooms, a nail bar, thermal suite including a steam room, sauna and ice shower and a relaxation area for our guests to unwind and relax in. Hotel guests can purchase 2-hour facilities pass for £15.00 per person (subject to availability on the day)**
The Spa is open for treatments Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. To avoid disappointment we recommended spa treatments are pre-booked prior to arrival.

£25 pp more than budget alternative which seems about right in terms of the experience. Would recommend!
Pros:

Handy for the station, comfy beds, large windows, blackout blinds, separate bath and shower, fridge and a carafe for cooling water which was a nice touch in the heat. Omelette station at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Toilet wouldn’t flush without a lot of effort - I don’t think faulty just a double button push button affair. Check in is 4pm and check out 11am both of which seem a mean spirited (but they’re hoping to charge you to change I think)

Comfort break
Pros:

The overall smoothness of the check-in, happy staff to direct us to our room.
The appearance, comfort, and the function of the accommodation was in our opinion perfect. We will definitely choose to stay at Marriott again. Loved it!

Excellent value - massive rooms, well equipped
Pros:

The size of the rooms (so spacious) and the TV (massive!) and the towels were so fluffy, the massive windows, the logically placed lights, the superb shower, tasty and varied breakfast. Really impressed! Had more than I expected spectre and it made it a very comfortable stay. This room in London would be 100£ more PN, minimum - facts!

Cons:

The pillows were very big and spongy, they forgot to change my room the third day.
