Great location very close to the station and only a 15 minute walk into the city centre.
Quiet, comfortable room and a very good breakfast.
It’s location to the station and driving routes the secure car park and it was walking distance to the centre of Manchester the hotel was very welcoming the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds and the bar area was nice for drinks too.
Very comfortable. Lovely staff, felt very safe.

Large clean room.
Very poor bistro service. Still waiting on it to be resolved 6 weeks later!

Reception staff seemed half arsed
Location, rooms were spacious and clean
There wasn’t a window with the option to open it in the room but that’s personal choice and wasn’t too big a deal as there was AC
heerlijk ontbijt perfecte locatie
The room was a good size with comfortable beds. A nice little table and chairs and a good size tv. The bathroom was great with a bath and a shower.
It was so hot at night time, I believe there was aircon but as we had a baby we didn’t want to use it.
Everything was exemplary, the room was large and the beds were good. The breakfast was well presented.
Room was bigger and nicer than expected. Beautiful large window and view, modern, low lighting option, high-spec. Really nice.
The location was amazing if you wanted to be near restaurants and bars. It's really central.
Breakfast was decent.
The reason I chose this hotel was so that, after a very long drive and early start the next day, I could have a sauna and relax when I arrived [around 6pm]. However spa is shut from 6pm and doesn't open until 10am, therefore ruling out pretty much anyone who stays here for work. I was really disappointed.
Secondly, I thought breakfast and parking were included. They were not. This was an extra £35 on top of the room price. Worth knowing. Parking was easy and pretty secure.
Lastly, there is a lift that does not go down to reception - only the spa. It is not made very clear either by staff or signs and I got completely lost trying to get to breakfast. I met someone else who'd had the same issue.
When I went to leave and check out, I had a huge case of equipment with me. It was also impossible to get a lift to get downstairs even when I did find the right lift, as they do not stop on the way up. Only on the way down. This meant it took me about 25 mins to leave the hotel when I was in a hurry for work and had given myself ample time. All in all I lost a lot of time trying to navigate the hotel.
