The Harmony & Serenity spa at Manchester Piccadilly Hotel offers 6 treatment rooms, a nail bar, thermal suite including a steam room, sauna and ice shower and a relaxation area for our guests to unwind and relax in. Hotel guests can purchase 2-hour facilities pass for £15.00 per person (subject to availability on the day)**
The Spa is open for treatments Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. To avoid disappointment we recommended spa treatments are pre-booked prior to arrival.
Exchange Bar & Scottish Steak House Lunch Monday to Sunday – 12pm until 3pm (Last seating 14:40)
Exchange Bar and Scottish Steak House Dinner times are Monday to Sunday from 17:00pm till 21:30pm.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Room large with comfy beds & a really good bathroom with hand held shower and lots of towels. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk. Also restaurant was excellent with fabulous food & friendly staff

Difficult getting a taxi so we walked back and in the dark we got a bit lost so took us nearly 2 hours to get back to the hotel

Heating controls in room are a bit complicated and instructions are vague ended up sleeping in a sauna but that's my only thing.
Location was close to station. Bus stop very close by. Spacious room with seating.
Views were poor though due to location.

There was some ingrained dirt on the bottom of the inside of my shower door (room 252)
The room and facilities were fantastic
It was resolved but I was charged twice by the property and it took 2 calls to resolve the problem, when it should have been sorted out immediately not after I had to leave to travel. Bit of a faff which is why they score 8 not 10.

Location is central yet not 8n the middle of the hussle, so perfect for an excellent night's sleep after a full day /evening.
Staff have all been friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Beds are large! Mattresses are firm and supportive but have a nice big topper on so still very comfy for side sleepers.
Breakfast was lovely, huge continental range and great cooked buffet. Perfect!
That we only booked a single night instead of the full weekend.
