Pros:

Front desk area was presentable. Morning staff was very pleasant and personable.

Cons:

Elevator made treacherous sounds, screeching and clunking like it was about to break. Got off on the 3rd floor and the smell was terrible. Walked into the room, it was very wet/humid, smelled like mold and mildew. Cleanliness was VERY questionable. Bed "looked" clean, yet was very uncomfortable. AC unit didn't work properly, even trying to use it in the dehumidify function failed. Fridge didn't work. Bathroom was ok, except the toilet seat was VERY worn and looked either unclean or severely damaged. Advertising was pet friendly, yet the bed was an open frame, allowing pets under the bed and making it very difficult to get the kitten out from under it in the morning. Pool was closed. Breakfast was "done being served" at 08:00.

Comfortable and quiet place to sleep

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal cold items only. Pool hours closed very early earlier than any other hotel I've stayed at.

It was the worst hotels I’ve ever been in.
Cons:

It did not match the photos, way overpriced. My girls found mouse poop in their bed the first night then the staff argued with me about it. The rooms were not cleaned. Just was a bad experience.

The public areas (carpet, elevator, lobby) are very old and very dirty. The hot tub was not working and covered with a piece of plywood.

Pros:

The location was nice but we had to drive all the way across town but it was right off the exit. The room was awesome and stylish but I wasn't happy with the bed... But I'm picky so ....

Cons:

There was NO parking not one spot. Also there were people just randomly walking across the parking lot and people with their bags camped out under the sign???

I was supposed to be staying here again this week. Canceled my stay and booked somewhere else for around the same price.
Pros:

Location was convenient and easy to find

Cons:

Mold on the ceiling In the bathroom, I was told we could move rooms one day then the next day told there were no rooms. The beds are very uncomfortable. The door to our room was not flushed against the frame. Found a bug in our bathroom.

Pros:

The room was very big and clean besides the bathtub. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good. They had a good variety of food including fresh made warm breakfast options.

Cons:

The hot tub was not working. The pool was really cold and had large chips of the liner loose in the bottom. Our shower was full of hair and not draining properly. The stair well was being painted and had not been vacuumed in quite some time.

Staff came off nice.

Cons:

The room was open but not spacious. Just to come into the room the door was right next to the bed. It was very tight. The air conditioner barely worked. Ran all night and barely cold our room down. I couldn’t get to sleep until around two am since right above me the guest were very loud and jumping and staff didn’t seem to do much about it so my kids barely slept. On top of it our phone didn’t work in the room to call the front office. Our lights barely worked and glitched while on. Our bathroom door didn’t even lock.
