Nice hotel with goid location and Wifi
Pros:

- Staff, specially Mouner was very nice and cooperative.
- location was very nice directly beside metro Duplex station ( Line 6)
- Wifi was very nice and coverage all over hotel

Cons:

- Elevator was not working and accordingly no rooms with Eiffel tower view was available. Hotel has sent me message to notify me about this fixation before my arrival with 8 days, I have responded that hotel can easily fix hotel before my arrival; however the hotel didn’t fix elevator.
- I tried Breakfast @ hotel one time, and was not good and costs 8 Euros per person
- No one in hotel transfer bags from reception to room. I carried it myself

Pros:

Para quem pode caminhar quase um km até a Torre Eiffel, é boa a localização.

Cons:

Carpetes em quase todos os ambientes, o que é péssimo para os alérgicos. Café da manhã fraquíssimo, não vale o preço. Na minha hospedagem, elevador não funcionava e não havia funcionários para ajudar com a bagagem. Não vale as 4 estrelas que ostenta.

Accettabile ma sotto le aspettative soprattutto per essere un 4 stelle

Stanza abbastanza ampia, servizio di rifornimento acqua, asciugamani, e altri beni ok.

Cons:

Personale impreparato soprattutto all’accoglienza del cliente, disguido sul check in nonostante fosse stato segnalato da settimane prima la necessità di avere un orario di check in entro le 12. Personale impreparato anche per quanto riguarda il pagamento, poco disponibile nel dare conferma o venire in contro alle necessità dei clienti, ascensore lenta e piccola.
