Our stay was pleasant. Will possibly book again

It was clean and accessible to many restaurants and right off the highway!

Cons:

Breakfast could’ve been a little better more options for warm food. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Came back from hot springs and room smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes near us or next door. Smelled horrible!!!!

Best experience in Glenwood Springs so far.
Pros:

From the first moment we walked through the door we received such friendly and kind service. The ladies at the front desk were so nice! We loved big spacious clean room and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. This will be the place that we stay whenever we come to come to Glenwood Springs from now on.

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was across the street at the other hotel, but we were happy and thankful that it was available for us to use.

A solid option for anyone staying in Glenwood Springs
Pros:

Spacious suite had everything we needed. The full kitchen was really great.The beds were comfy. The covered parking was also really great to avoid the snow.

Cons:

Only three small negatives. Our room was at the very end of the hall and the wifi had very spotty connection. It also took 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower. Lastly, found out the hard way that breakfast closes at 9 am sharp. Don't go down at 9:01 and expect it to be open.

It was quiet, and enjoyed the stay
Pros:

The beds are comfortable, it's nice to have a thermostat and plenty of towels. The request to not be disturbed was followed. Thanks

Cons:

The phone to check in didn't work when no one was at the counter.
The TV needed to be connected to the router the toilet handle for flushing was broken I requested twice for a repair

Pros:

Spacious room with all necessary amenities. Great service. Breakfast was great. Many options for breakfast.

Pros:

Great location, quiet, scenic, and close to downtown and the hot springs. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was better than expected—excellent value for the area. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Overall, it was a great stay—clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast. The only downside for me was that it wasn’t really by the river as advertised, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was well maintained and convenient, and I’d still recommend it.
