Not bad
Pros:

Breakfast is what is expected

Cons:

Parking area but too small. We brought our truck and utility trailer hoping you have long parking you can fit both truck & trailer without un hooking trailer. We stayed there for 3 days and have to do that each time we park.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Didnt use was too packed

Cons:

No one ever at front desk in evening. The room was horrible, depressing dark, the bed smelled dirty, the curtains wouldn’t open enough to get light in, coffee was gross, the land lines didnt work, they wouldn’t move me to a different room any of the 4 night stay, I was charged extra $40 tourist tax, my first & last time staying at your property.

Dreamcast was very minimal. Not worth eating. Room had cigarettes in cup on balcony table.

Good location, but breakfast could be better
Pros:

Great location, very close to Glenwood Springs. The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was quite limited. There wasn't much to choose from, and they didn't even have any fresh fruit.

Too much $$ for what I got.
Pros:

Did not have time for more than a muffin.

Cons:

Microwave in the room did not work. Hair dryer ate my hair. Had to break off a chunk. Why a $10 tourist fee on top of multiple charges? Only there because my husband was in the hospital!

Good place good people always prefer comfort inn
Pros:

Comfortable beds and inside room amenities. Staff at reception was very helpful. Even helped me to find local cab service when uber was not working. Good breakfast and having free cookies and popcorn during 4PM and 10PM everyday. Walmart and other grocery stores nearby. Surely recommended stay.

Pros:

Location and ease of parking, clean and Quiet facility, easy to use TV, safe access in bathroom.
Great nights sleep


Comfortable lobby !

Cons:

Location in wonderful spot , view and near listening distance to the river , nice landscaping -
could use a couple of benches or seating just out side entry doors.

Pros:

The staff was friendly & very pleasant. This is a great location. The facility is well maintained. The overall feeling is welcoming. I felt like someone actually cared that my stay was enjoyable.

Clean, quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings
Pros:

It was clean, quiet, and had a nice view outside. The breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, pastries).

Great but too short
Cons:

The power outage was a bummer and being charged for both nights, even though we left in the afternoon is why I gave my score. Although I understand the outage was throughout the town and is was not the hotels fault.
