My haven away from home!
Pros:

Residence inn by marriott never fails me! they always meet my expectations!!! it was a short stay but it was good.

Cons:

no microwave in the breakfast area, it would be nice to have one. just a suggestion

Very clean, staff was very friendly.

Cons:

No extra pillows. Was not a true King size bed. Alarm/ detector of some kind on ceiling above bed flashed every 8 seconds during the night, which was annoying. Also, hallway light shined through door at bottom & side.

Great stay!
Pros:

Stayed one night on the way to Surfside Beach SC in one of the 2 bedroom suites. Very comfy room, beds, pillows. Breakfast in the morning had lots of yummy selections… my favorite was biscuits and gravy. Brian at the front desk was so warm and friendly at check-in and called shortly after we got up our room to make sure it was to our liking. The breakfast room attendant the morning of 1/17 was so friendly also; chatting with all guests and making sure we were getting whatever we wanted. She answered questions about ingredients in items and was letting longer term guests know what hot items would be available in the upcoming days.
I would highly recommend this hotel

All around a very good choice when you’re looking to stay in comfort, breakfast is included and there is a nice work out
Pros:

Very clean and updated property! The staff were amazing as well. Very helpful and caring.

Cons:

Only real issue we had was one of the two days we stayed, there was no hot water due to a plumbing issue. Probably should have asked for some type of compensation but I didn’t bother.

Avoid at all costs- parking lot break ins
Pros:

We stopped here for the night when traveling home from Thanksgiving only to be woken up to the Police knocking on our door at 3am saying our car had been broken into! Not just our car but 4-5 others had their front windows smashed in and belongings tossed everywhere. The police officer said unfortunately it happens quite often in this area and was called to another hotel for the same issue.
Aside from the break in, no one was at the front desk when we checked in or during the break in. Our room wasn’t the cleanest- hair on the bathroom floors and makeup smeared on the wall. I would avoid this hotel and area in general if possible.
