Hotel is lacking and not a very good representation of the brand. If your room faces the back of the hotel, there is a drive up ATM, so expect cars all hours of the day and night, including folks who want to share their crappy music with the entire hotel (yes, it is all about the bass). Food offerings were spotty with a lack of eggs and cinnamon rolls. Bonus: fire alarm pulled at 9:45 pm (for 45 minutes) and then again at 2:45 am.

The hotel was really strict and a lot of the amenities were filthy including the fitness area and the pool was dirty

The hotel was ok, we needed somewhere to stay because our house was flooded, the breakfast was wonderful

Was not able to stay due to complications with my schedule was trying to reschedule, but your front desk made it very difficult for me to do that

Me and my families came to holiday inn Express Dec 31-January 2 to bring the new years in. We had 4 rooms so it’s 16 of us and 2 kids under 1 and a baby. The secretary tried to make us pay extra or not get the rooms because of the 1 yr olds. 1 year olds are always free. you don’t add them as a person.

The 1st shift receptionist Dec 31 and the 3rd shirt Jan 1 receptionist was the rudest, meanest unprofessional receptionist ever. I thought it was only to us because we had a disagreement about how many people in the room. As I walk through the hall, I can see they talked to everyone any kind of way. They are very a rude ladies.

The tv was difficult to get a channel. We had to have receptionist come in to help us.

It’s was 4 of us to a room they give us 2 face towels and 2 bath towel.We had to go out and buy towels because the secretary was so mean we didn’t want to ask her anything. They knew how people was in the room.

The tub was horrible and the refrigerator was full of ice. It wouldn’t let me add the tub photo but it horrible.

Jan 1 2026 the pool was out, stop working around 4 or 5 pm n Jan 2 morning still don’t work. We had to check out the kids was very upset and disappointed they couldn’t swim.

I’m 51 year old and this was the worse hotel we been in and our life.

I ask several times to speak to a manager or get the number. We was told the manager would be there in the morning Jan2. We kept asking n they claim no manager available or they don’t have a number. We only got a email.

I came to Milwaukee from Appleton mn to visit my kids I have a special need son that is asd2 and elopes with a service (registered service dog) they let me check in and said my dog had to be in the car then the next day the manager assured me I could have my service dog and apologized for the inconvenience I asked for a refund the manager gave another apology and a gift to my son for the hassle at 11 the next morning I was give a noise complaint at 11 in the morning while the kids where going swimming she then moved us rooms to a room with roaches I asked to no be put in that room she then asked if I could look at another room and see if it was cleaner eventually I settled on this room after the guest that was the managers mother attacked me in front of her that customer was not asked to leave problems kept happening and the my daughters got a chemical burn from the pool. I asked them to provide the safety data sheet to see what kind of chemicals were in the pool. When I asked for the safety data book I was kicked off the property. She called the police on me and had me escorted off the property. They still haven’t provided a safety data sheet so I can see what kind of chemicals. My children came in contact with they’re now out of the hotel room 10 hours away from home been discriminated against verbally attacked and put out of our room after being called out for their mistake.
