First time in Rome and had fun. Was disappointed in the hotel a bit but it had a good location.
Pros:

The location was pretty decent. The restaurants within a 10 mile walk were good. Located near a grocery mart. The staff communication was great. They helped me organize taxi service every time I needed it and provided lots of details.

Cons:

Dated Bedding and carpet, cleanliness of the walls & vents, cracked toilet seats and toilets didn’t work well, air conditioning didn’t work well.

Pros:

Great location, reasonable walk to key attractions, comfortable room and Carla was a great help with providing helpful information and arranging shuttle to airport. Highly recommended, such a lovely historical hotel that is so well looked after to enjoy.

Pros:

Nos alojamos en la zona de apartamentos. Destacar la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. En cuanto a la ubicación, está muy bien conectado tanto con la estación de tren de Termini como con el resto de la ciudad a través de los autobuses. Se puede ir andando a cualquier lado y la zona es segura (al lado hay una comisaría o similar de carabinieri). El barrio es muy agradable y, aparte de los turísticos Mini markets, hay un Pam y un Conad y un mercado regional en la via Baccina.

El personal muy amable, profesional y de fácil comunicación. Instrucciones muy claras. Dan recomendaciones y ayudan en el check in en particular.

En cuanto al apartamento, sábanas y toallas impecables. La cocina muy justa y con poca zona donde apoyar cuando preparas el desayuno. Hay mucho sitio donde guardar la ropa. En cuanto al baño, muy buena el agua caliente, y el caudal con el que sale. También destacar que está bastante resguardado de la calle. EStuvimos en invierno y no pasamos frío porque está la bomba de calor permanentemente conectada.

Le damos un seis por la relación calidad precio y por lo que no nos gustó que detallamos más adelante.

Cons:

Antes de entrar en detalles, el apartamento es correcto y consideramos que le falta un poco de cariño y mantenimiento por parte del hotel que lo gestiona. Con poco que hicieran estaría mucho mejor. En este sentido:
- Tuvimos que pedir que revisaran tanto el cabezal de la ducha como la campana extractora porque no nos parecía adecuado el estado en el que se encontraban. Cambiaron uno y otro. También pedimos una sarten y nos la dieron al día siguiente...
- La cama es muy incómoda y, en nuestro apartamento, había una zona especialmente hundida.
- El armario donde se guarda la ropa tiene una barra que está tan alta que hay que subir los abrigos (fuimos en invierno y llevábamos abrigos largos) con una vara de alcance que tenían.
- La bomba de calor no se apaga ni se regula y hace mucho ruido includo de noche.
- El baño tiene una rejilla en el techo cuya higiene es mejorable.

Pros:

El personal y la distancia a los puntos más visitados.Por ejemplo a menos 10 minutos a pie del Coliseo y a unos 15 de la Fontana de Trevi.

Cons:

Eran dos camas y los dos colchones eran duros. Las almohadas eran una alta y dura y la otra fina y también dura. Las camas individuales son muy estrechas. Si te mueves puedes caerte.
El plato de ducha estaba rajado. Sale el agua por las juntas. Y el grifo de la ducha estaba roto. Al ser de palanca, se nos quedó en las manos varias veces.

L'emplacement est au top vraiment proche du colisée aussi bien que la fontaine de Trévi on peut quasiment tout faire à pied.Le logement était au calme.

Cons:

Il manque quelques ustensile de cuisine. Le chauffage se fait par une climatisation réversible pour ceux qui sont fragiles des bronches je le déconseille j'ai attrapé un gros mal de gorge dès le 2e jour.

נחמד מאד
Pros:

מלון נחמד בשכונת מונטי החמודה. מסעדות טובות מסביב וסופרמרקט מול המלון. החדר נעים ולאחר שביקשנו קיבלנו ערכת קפה. הצוות אדיב. חוויה חיובית

Cons:

אין שירותי קבלה 24 שעות למי שצריך. השמיכות דקות, אבל קיבלנו שמיכה נוספת לאחר שביקשנו.
