La struttura, la colazione varia ed abbondante e nel complesso anche la camera.

Cons:

La poca possibilità di posteggiare gratuitamente nei pressi della struttura. C'erano pochi posti auto disponibili....

Best in Moncalieri because of location on the Po and overall quality
Pros:

Had a room on the ground floor with a large balcony directly overlooking the river Po, here lush and green: tall trees, frogs and birds if you open your window, no cars! The room itself is of good size and very clean, bathroom really small though. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful, as are those in charge of (good) breakfast. 3 minutes walk (along trafficked road) to the public elevator that brings you straight to the centre of beautiful Moncalieri, with several good restaurants.

Cons:

The airco struggled to keep up with the heat wave in the room; the common parts of the hotel fare better. Needs to be reinforced. There is a bus stop to Turin centre, but it takes 45 minutes to get to Porta Nuova station. Best have a car (good parking but hardly any shade)

Al mattino presto, abbiamo detto alla reception che per un'emergenza del nostro piccolo Chihuahua dovevamo andare d'urgenza e subito al pronto soccorso veterinario, non avremmo quindi usufruito della colazione pur avendola pagata (non abbiamo neppure immaginato di chiedere sconti o rimborsi), tuttavia nel check-out ci veniva detto che non avevamo informato della presenza del piccolo Chihuahua (che avevamo in braccio). Invero perchè al check-in allo stesso modo era in braccio, ben visibile, mai nascosto (come in tutte le altre strutture che abbiamo visitato). Ciò nonostante ci è stata richiesta una integrazione di 10 euro. Subito versati in contanti perchè in urgenza per portare il nostro caro cagnolino al pronto soccorso. Orbene avrete incassato 10 euro, usufruito di un risparmio per una colazione pagata ma non consumata ma sicuramente avete perso un cliente. Non entro nel merito della corretteza o meno dei 10 euro per un piccolo cagnolino (peraltro non indicati come cifra assoluta da nessuna parte, ma non importa). Mi lasci dire anche che avete peccato di sensibilità, gentilezza e cortesia in un momento di emergenza che stavamo affrontando. Chiunque sia fortunato compagno di vita di un essere vivente può compendere e tenere in considerazione.

La camera era molto grande e confortevole.
Stanza pulita e completa di tutto. Letto molto comodo.
