Emplacement facile à trouver et possibilité de garer la voiture devant. La chambre était un peu petite mais propre et bien équipée.

Pulizia ottima e colazione super. Posizione comoda vicino al centro storico di Moncalieri e comunque funzionale anche per la visita di Torino.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in una calda giornata. Nonostante avessimo prenotato a gennaio per aprile, ci è stata data una piccola camera in mansarda. Il termometro dentro la stanza segnava più di 27°. Abbiamo provato ad accendere l'aria condizionata ma dalla reception hanno detto che in questo periodo il comune di Moncalieri non ne permette l'accensione. Erano presenti una piccolissima finestra laterale e un oblo' sul soffitto che poteva essere aperto solo salendo sul letto o una sedia, con il rischio anche di cadere. C'era un pulsante automatico ma permetteva solo di aprire e chiudere la tenda oscurante. Il giorno dopo a colazione, nella sala, l'aria condizionata funzionava anche troppo. In bagno c'era solo una piccola mensola per appoggiare le cose ma aveva un pò di pendenza e ogni tanto scivolavano. Il parcheggio quando siamo tornati la sera tardi era pieno, sia esterno che interno per cui abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare più lontano lungo la strada. Siamo rimasti un pò male, soprattutto perchè avevamo già soggiornato in questo hotel l'anno precedente ed eravamo stati bene altrimenti non saremmo tornati.

Pros:

Conoscevo già l'hotel, ora completamente rimodernato. La posizione è comoda, a meno d'un chilometro dell'ingresso al centro storico di Moncalieri e comodo per passare un periodo a Torino, a cui è collegato con la linea autobus urbani 67. L'hotel è pulitissimo e le stanze sono molto moderne e funzionali, Ottima la colazione che già ricordavo lo fosse anche con la precedente gestione parecchi anni fa. C'è una palestra gratuita, di cui, per scelte personali, non abbiamo usufruito. Molto attento e gentile il personale.

Cons:

Forse preferirei una maggiore affabilità in alcune recezioniste, professionali sì, ma un pò freddine, Devo riconoscere, però, che c'è stato un piccolo disguido iniziale, che forse può avere influenzato l'atmosfera. Roba di poco conto, comunque; nel complesso, ripeto, sono professionali ed efficienti. Moncalieri è collegata a Torino da un unico autobus che passa all'incirca ogni mezz'ora e questo va valutato a seconda delle proprie esigenze (cosa, comunque non imputabile all'hotel)
