Breakfast was tasty and well presented, with flexible timings.
We had to report somebody smoking cannabis in the immediate vicinity of our family room, which the staff tried to respond to but they were unable to identify the source. I then had to report people on the beach area immediately outside our room lighting a fire at 4am, which again was unpleasant. The night porter moved them on. The hotel graciously provided a 20% booking cost refund but the experience marred our break.
Location was amazing. Having a balcony was great
Whole place looked tired, needing total refresh. Carpets looked old or needing cleaned
Food was ok but nothing special
Breakfast, had to send back uncooked eggs 2 seperate mornings. Restaurant windows dirty covered in dead flies.
Lack of attention to detail
Ate in various restaurants in area all were much cleaner and just felt better
Beach area private but looked uncared for, untidy, unsafe, concrete with bit of iron sticking out

The room and view was stunning. The food was amazing. Every member of staff was extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

The way the staff at the restaurant looked over me whilst I was trying to transfer money from my account to pay the bill I felt as though she didnt think I had the money to pay which i did didnt enjoy the meal at all and neither did my partner who isn't a fussy eater wasnt worth the money nearly £100 hardly ate any of it! I am so glad I didnt choose this venue for my wedding. Also meant to be 4 star all up the stair case was black scrape marks, the windows in the restaurant had cob webs with flys on and needed a good wash also when stripping the bed when leaving as I always do at hotels I noticed a rather big yellow stain on the duvet which wasnt from me or my partner i have stayed at lower rated hotels which are more welcoming and cleaner!!
The reception staff where nice though.
Położenie na brzegu jeziora fantastyczne. Cisza i spokój. Duży pokój. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji.
Przejścia korytarzami dosyć klaustrofobiczne i wąsko. Brak windy. Brak koordynacji między recepcją a restauracją. Na recepcji powiedziano nam że nie ma stolika, a w restauracji okazało się, że bez problemu. Cały obiekt jest trochę jak ze starego filmu: dla jednych urocze dla innych nie. Nam się podobało

Room 8 was uncomfortably warm no air conditioning
Toilet wasn't flushing and the water ran all night also got locked in the bathroom for half an hour before someone came and got me out .Also arrived Friday and the same dog biscuits were still in the corridor when we left on the Sunday

The rooms were good sized for what we came to expect in Europe and they were clean. And I will say that the restaurant staff was not very helpful not very accommodating and the food was so so and very much overpriced for what it was.
I didn't like that everything seemed like it closed pretty early. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a joke. Just wasn't very well done.
