Room and view lovely, fantastic choice for breakfast
Dissapointed we had to pay extra to use the spa, also felt rushed out as did not realise closed at 6pm
Well designed and comfortable hotel on the shore of Loch Lomond. Spacious rooms with good amenities.
Good bar and restaurant.
What a beautiful property. The views are stunning, the room was huge and again had beautiful views. The bed was comfortable and warm. The tv could be moved to accommodate sitting on the sofa or watching tv in bed. The bath was lovely and deep . The food that we had in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was amazing. I highly recommend the muscles. Out of this world. The staff were all very lovely. There was a wedding on whilst we stayed and it added to the atmosphere..it was lovely and we would absolutely return. 10 out of 10 here.
We got a little confused finding the room as it was in the same building as the spa and function room area. However once we figured it out, it was fine. Its a really small note and absolutely didn't impact our stay in a negative way.
Breakfast was very good and liked the choices available.
Liked the layout of our room and having the toilet separate from the bathroom. The rooms were nicely furnished. Loved the spa facilities and had several different treatments. Staff were all excellent there. Was particularly impressed by the young woman who gave me massages and reflexology, a great asset to the spa.
Very small issue but would have like a shelf or small cabinet under the sink for personal toiletries.
Large, beautifully furnished Room with balcony and view across the Loch.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately we experienced wet weather and did not get a chance to sit on the lovely balcony.
Fantastic stay, amazing views of the loch from our balcony. A short walk into the beautiful village of Luss. Great friendly staff, serving staff have great attention to detail to make sure you have everything you need. Food was exceptional. Highly recommend this place
I would've loved to have had a gym to work out in
Everything is fabulous: great suites, great views, comfy beds, fab bathrooms, gorgeous bar & restaurant. Lovely supper & breakfast. Loads of parking. The team are excellent especially David from Balloch in the restaurant.
Nothing to dislike
Convenient
Nothing
The room the view the food and the staff were awesome.
The bed, it wasn't flat so I kept rolling into the middle lol 😆
The restaurant although awesome is quite pricey
Gorgeous property, nice rooms, and beautiful views. The town of Luss nearby is so cute.
The food was just okay, we didn't have anything that we loved but nothing was terrible either. The room we stayed in had a bit of an awkward layout. The shower and sink didn't have a door and we travelled with our little one so putting him down for the night and then showering was difficult.
Absolutely stunning setting.
