Pros:

We booked this the day before we arrived. The room was really nice and overlooked Lake Lomond. Even had a balcony. Our dinner there was really good and the breakfast which was included had lots of options and also really good. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend

My sister used the pull out couch and it was not very comfy but made do.

Great location for an overnight stop. But a bit gloomy.
Pros:

Unbeatable location. Good breakfast .

Cons:

The premium king room fronting the loch was a great position but we had the general feeling the place was a bit dark and dingy and probably in need of brightening up a bit.
Restaurant furniture is old as is the 'jumble sale' cutlery.

Pros:

Fantastic location and wonderful looking hotel, food was excellent, all staff very efficient.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was a lack of warmth from some staff especially the lady who looked after us for dinner
