Pros:

The location is lovely for walks out the way of the hustle and bustle food is lovely staff very friendly and warm. Room very spacious and balcony over looking loch wad lovely

Cons:

Room on arrival bin not emptied and residue in Bath like pink bubble bath.kids next door running about slamming doors and shouting on balcony

Fabulous room with a great view
Pros:

Our room was extremely comfortable with a fantastic view. The Hotel is in a at standing position.

Cons:

One of the maître d’s at dinner was abrupt and unhelpful; but all of the other stuff in Reception, Bar and restaurant were very welcoming and professional

Pros:

We had a lovely room with a patio, but it was cold and rainy so didn't really use it, however it would be lovely in better weather. The bed was comfy and the bath tub was great. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was nice. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was good with lots of choice at the buffet and a hot dish ordered from the menu.

Cons:

The bathroom needs some shelving space. There is nowhere to put anything other than on the sink itself. We could have used bigger cups for the tea and coffee provided in the room as they were very small.

Parking easy. Bar et restaurant très sympa.

Cons:

Grande chambre, belle vue, petite douche fonctionnelle. Accès aux chambres difficile pour quelqu'un avec des béquilles. L'escalier est raide.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location

Cons:

The only thing that let this hotel down was slow food service at evening meal and especially breakfast, despite restaurant not being busy. However, staff were lovely and food was of excellent quality.

Beautiful setting lovely staff shame about the food.
Pros:

The view was amazing, the setting was beautiful, the staff at the hotel were excellent. The room was cozy warm and very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The food was mediocre at best. Breakfast was order at the table but was pre cooked and not very good or hot, we were down quite early . It would have been better as a buffet so we could pick n choose especially if it is all pre cooked. Egg was rubbery black pudding was so overcooked it was like cardboard. Such a shame in such a beautiful place. The wedding food was not much better the only thing edible on the plate was the 1 slice of meat. I realise that it is difficult to feed that many but at the price point I would have expected better. Still cannot fault any of the staff .

Perfect location, fabulous views
Pros:

Perfect location, right next to the lough. Rooms overlooking the water are the highlight of the hotel. Beds were comfortable, clean and had everything you could need. Aran beauty products in the bathroom were a little bit of luxury

Cons:

Initially we had looked for a hotel with a pool or spa and this hotel had come up on our search. It does have a spa but it is not included for use by residents without paying an extra fee. Not a complaint but worth noting. Turns out we didn’t need the relaxation of a spa anyway. The rooms and view were relaxation enough!

Quick break at loch lomond
Pros:

Perfect location. Room amazing. Lovely staff. Food great.

Cons:

Only complaint would be the porridge at breakfast my hubby was looking forward to real scottish porridge but it was inedible no taste & looked like wallpaper paste.
