Cons:

they never came in to clean the room they did not change the sheets and we were there 3 nights they never brought clean towels they never emptyed the trash worst hotel i ever stayed at

Pros:

Breakfast was minimal, no Wi-Fi for hours,we were double-billed for the one night, front desk staff did not share wifi info and the hallway carpets were disgustingly filthy.
A TOTAL DUMP AND AN UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE.

I will never stay here again.
Pros:

There wasn’t much to like.

Cons:

This property was dirty, the carpet in the hallway was taped down, the door to the room had gaps when closed, the mattress was the worst I have ever slept on, there was a ion machine plugged in the bathroom to remove moisture and the cost was outrageous for the condition of the Microtel.

We will never stay again!
Pros:

Location was convienent to where we had to go.

Cons:

1. Someone else had a key to our room and came barging in .
2.Pillows are the worst we have ever slept on.
3.We had to clean a non-working waffle maker so we could make a waffle,only to find out once we unplugged it and plugged it back in then found button to turn it on,that it still wasn't working right.
5.Television would not work. Wasn't the right remote.
6.Kids running back and forth in the hallway all hours of the night.
7.Room 212 sounded like they were throwing furniture around-always very loud.
8.Elevator was out of service.

lot of noise, putsise the room yelling screaming. Also we had to wait at check in couple of min. it says free breakfast in the morning was not good not clean and messy. Sorry Microtel has to do better.

Unacceptable, unsafe, and dirty
Pros:

Shower head a lot of pressure

Cons:

They had no coffee at all in the hotel for over a week and didn’t bother to fix the problem. How can you have breakfast and no coffee served. Mattress was lumpy and so uncomfortable. Carpet was punched up in hallway very unsafe. It was dirty and smelled. It was a hotel where people stay monthly. Felt unsafe.

We only stayed one night, checked out early
Pros:

The customer service and the breakfast was nice. And the room and the bed sheets was fairly clean. The bathroom and the bath towels were good too.

Cons:

The carpet in the first floor hallway was disgusting. There was empty bottles and garbage on the floor in the second floor hallway. The elevator button on the second floor was broken so we had to take the stairs down everytime we left the room. There is literally no soundproofing, so we could hear everytime someone said anything or flushed the toilet.

Staff was very friendly. Overall cleanliness was below satisfactory.

Cons:

Obvious repairs needed such as unfinished patches in the walls, commonly touched surfaces not clean such as near bathroom door handles and light switches, it was obvious that these surfaces have not been wiped down recently. Bathroom fixtures were also not cleaned. Hallways and stair wells also showed signs of not being vacuumed or cleaned daily. Overall cleanliness was below satisfactory.

The bed and pillows were terrible, and they felt like you laid your head on bricks, and the mattress was hard and lumped up in the middle. The mirrors at the head of the bed are weird.

It was worse than hell.

There was nothing good about the property.

Cons:

Everything. The room smell like mildew and the walls are so thin you can hear house keeping bang up the walls like they hate their lives. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. It just gives motel on the high of the road where people go to die. And don’t get me started on the bed. I’m pretty sure the frame is broken and the bed hasn’t be switched out in 15 years.
