Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß und komfortabel. Das Reinigungspersonal sorgt täglich für sehr saubere Zimmer.
Die Köche - speziell beim Frühstück - haben alles unternommen, um einen mit allerlei Leckereien zu verwöhnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Anwendungen im Spa lassen etwas die Professionalität vermissen.
Schade ist auch, dass man in der Lobby keine Getränke und Kleinigkeiten bekommt - besonders dann, wenn das Hotel wegen diverser Veranstaltungen mehr als ausgelastet, der Außenbereich gesperrt und der coffee shop überfüllt ist.

Pros:

部屋はクラシカルな雰囲気で清潔感もあり快適に過ごせた。ミネラルウォーターも複数設置してくれているのは助かった。ダイニングは中庭に面して解放感があって心地良かったし、朝食のビュッフェも選択肢が多くてとても良かった。

Hervorragend für einen Aufenthalt in Kolkata

Leider kann ich maximal nur zehn Punkte vergeben - das Hotel war SUPER! Mein Mann und ich wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt; die Hausdame ging mit uns in unser Zimmer und erklärte alles detailliert. Wir kamen noch vor dem regulären Check-in an, konnten aber bereits um 11 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, hätten dies aber am Abreisetag nicht nutzen können. Deshalb waren wir hoch erfreut, dass wir statt dessen am Tag der Anreise um 10 Uhr noch frühstücken konnten. Das Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet war unwahrscheinlich - wir sind schon viel in der Welt umhergereist, aber so etwas hatten wir noch nie erlebt! Live cooking in allen Variationen, Obst, Süßes und Pikantes vom Feinsten. Selbst wenn man nicht indisch frühstücken wollte, hatte man eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen - UNBELIEVABLE!
Insgesamt war alles hervorragend - eine gute, ruhige Lage, ein geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, ein großes Bad mit reichlich Ablage. Ich kann dieses Hotel allen wärmstens empfehlen und würde hier bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Kolkata auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank dem gesamten Hotelpersonal - wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen!

La femme de chambre très attentive et efficace.
Les chauffeurs fournissaient un service clientèle impeccable.
Akash et Alam nous avaient fournis des renseignements super utiles, et très gentilment.

Cons:

Bruit insupportable dans le restaurant à cause d’un événement; on a du sortir pour manger.
AC trop froid.
Quand j’ai donné des informations sur notre consommation du mini-bar Tamisha ne m’a pas cru. Incroyable! Quelle mauvaise foi! Et elle m’a demandé pourquoi j’étais de mauvaise humeur!!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Awesome. From the Front desk to F&B Team to Kitchen to Housekeeping team it was an excellent experience. This was a great change from 10 years back when it used to a Mess everywhere. The cleanliness, the lighting , the attention to details was excellent. The food quality was awesome especially the breakfast ... Folks like Yunus, Ms.jessy, rahul ,Saifur,Sankalan,Sanjoy deserve Special mention and the two ladies in the dining hall for being kind towards the guests
