Pathetic, i would not like to put up the in this hotel again
Pros:

Location very poor. Its in a small lane. Traffic woes. Parking space cramped

Cons:

Reception desk not prompt. They even dont provide shaving kit for a club room also. The hotel main focus is cost saving, they dont care about the comfort of the guests. The Breakfast spread was also very frugal, it did not suit a 4 start hotel.

An old world charm of a place in a remodeled elegant outlook as a modern hotel. Wonderful indeed.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staffs, amazing location, and wonderful breakfast. All together it was a great stay in this very famous Kolkata hotel an heritage institution almost. Thank you.

Cons:

The AC in the room at times felt very cold.

Very good but a very small disappointed as I was not allowed extension on same rate...
Pros:

Breakfast was Awesome. Staff were very polite, smiling, well dressed and very supportive....

Cons:

The same room tarrif was expected when i tried to extend my stay for 2 nights but i was refused to get the same rate and was asked for paying an increased rate which compelled me to checkout and get myself booked in another property for next two nights....
