Pleasant and reasonable price.
Pros:

Everything was okay. Not exceptional but good for what we paid. We've stayed here many times. A few things need updated. Carpet and curtains need updating. Rooms are a little dark.

Cons:

The main thing is that the shutters are falling off the outside. It makes the hotel look upkept. They need to put them back up or remove them all and repaint. It has been this way for several years.

It is always clean! Comfortable! Off the main strip which we love! Clean pool! We love our stay here every year!

Everything was pretty good

Cons:

The only complaint was you couldn't take any food from breakfast. I get it, but at the same time when you have kids that are tired and don't want to get up it would be nice if you can take them back a cinnamon roll

Pool was disgusting when I asked if it was going to be cleaned they said seems your not happy we will just refund your money and you can go somewhere else. I told them I wasnt comfortable trying to find another room in Branson, MO on a Saturday and I didnt want a refund at the time. They will not even respond to booking.com about my complaints.

It was scenic like its name. Beds/rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

The toilets did not work correctly. We had to hold down the handle so it would flush appropriately. Also, the breakfast food was flavorless

Nothing fancy, but everything you need! Great value if you are looking for a clean, comfortable stay. They have a quality hot breakfast, that they keep well stocked, even during the week days, a clean outdoor pool and a very friendly and helpful staff. Refrigerator in the room, but microwave is downstairs.

Cons:

It wasn't an issue for us, but could have been. Just be aware that they do not have a check in after 11. I received an email after we missed our projected check in time around 9pm that stated this. So if you travel late, be aware.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was in a convenient spot, the beds were comfortable. Lobby looks nice.

Cons:

The curtain in the room had a hole in it which let the sunlight in, it needs to be replaced. They need to clean around all of the baseboards and the beds, they are horrible!! The air conditioner looks like it has mold all over the vents. The bar in the shower had mold around each end!! And then this morning we found a roach crawling across where the tv sits on the dresser!! We won't ever stay here again!! Very disappointed!!

Terrible experience. Won’t be back!

Cons:

Bad customer service. After arriving at our room the smell of pot knocked us down when entering our room. Went back to the front desk to inform them and the guy that checked me in said they didn’t have another room available and instead handed me a bottle of spray. Went back to the room to use it which it didn’t do anything at all for it 5 min later he came down the hall wanting his bottle of spray back.
Will not be back here. These are supposed to be non smoking rooms. Never offered to give me a refund. They shouldn’t expect someone to stay in a room like this! My husband is disabled and I have a special needs adult son. They need to do better!
