Incredible value and location
Pros:

If you know what you’re booking, this can easily be a 4–5 star experience. The location is one of the most convenient you’ll find in NYC—you’re practically on top of four subway lines, within walking distance of Greenwich Village, surrounded by great restaurants, and right next to a CVS.
The rooms are small, and there’s a shared bathroom, but that’s clearly stated and reflected in the price. At about a third of the cost of other nearby hotels, it’s a great value—you really do get what you pay for.
A fun bonus was the hotel cat, Bronx, who was an adorable surprise.
I’d definitely stay here again

Cons:

My only minor complaint is that there was a window AC unit stored in the closet. It would’ve been nice to have it running, as the room was a bit warm, though I assume they’re installed during the summer months.

Muy buen lugar, calidad-precio, completo y buena ubicacion.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de una parada de metro, montones de lugares de comida callejera increíble, locales de todo tipo. La pieza muy buena para el tamaño que tiene, muy completa, el bano a pesar de ser afuera de la pieza estaba siempre limpio y en condiciones

Cons:

No se si no me gusto pero estábamos en un 5to piso y solo había escaleras, pero ni siquiera es tan malo, un poco de ejercicio nomas.

I liked how no one bugged me and the place was nearby the main shopping areas was able to walk to time square and the diamond district on 47th so many options within 15-30 mins from hotel it was great food cloth jewelry all within 2 miles

Cons:

The bed was leaning the sheets were from prison hairs on bed /stains the floor was sinking all the trim had cracks and mold stains cracks and holes in the drywall the tv has 16 channels and all of them play commercial the tv is like from 2005 the window in the room was filled with holes and metal tape from all the rust that was drilled out the bathroom is a health violation the walls had painted mold chunks of plaster missing and the toilet seat was to big for the bowl and the toilet leaks like crazy when you flush it if your coming with a date/girlfriend/wife DO NOT BOOK I didn’t take photos but I took a video of the leaking toilet and the bathroom condition because it was so mind blowing

Perfect location. Decent stay
Pros:

The bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful but it would be better if they smile a little.

Cons:

The windows was not very sealed and cold air flew through it. There was also a lot of dust under the bed and the corridor smelled bad.

Günstig (gelegen) und funktionell
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, 50m zur Subway, Chelsea Market, nette Bars und Restaurants, High Line und Little Island in der Nähe
Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, freundliches und kooperatives Personal

Cons:

Zimmer deutlich schlechter eingerichtet und in schlechterem Zustand als auf den Bildern, Renovierung des Hotelflurs führte zu ungewischten Böden, Jalousien ließen sich nicht sinnvoll öffnen, aber angesichts des Preisniveaus in NYC noch akzeptabel
