Preiswerte Unterkunft im Herzen von New York
Pros:

Exzellente Lage in einem sehr sicheren Teil von Manhattan. Die Subwaystation ist nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere unterschiedliche Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsläden. Der Madison Square Garden und die Penn Station sind zu Fuß etwa 25 min. entfernt. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber das ist gerade in Manhattan leider nicht anders zu erwarten. Das Mobiliar könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen.

Franchement, on a eu de la chance avec nos voisins 😊 Ils étaient super discrets, pas du tout bruyants et très propres. En fait, dans cet hôtel, ça dépend vraiment beaucoup des voisins qu’on a !

If you are big and tall don't choose this place, I am a small guy and I really struggle to use the prívate bathroom in the room. If you need elevator there is not, if you have a room in the fifth floor you will be struggling

Ubicación excelente
Pros:

Es un hotel sin grandes pretensiones que, arreglando algunos detalles, ganaría mucho. Teniendo en cuenta los precios de Nueva York, diría que calidad-precio está bastante bien, si lo que buscas es sólo un sitio para dormir, si pasas todo el día fuera. Lo mejor, sin duda, la ubicación, tanto para moverte en metro como ándando al centro. Boca de metro en la puerta, desde donde podías ir prácticamente a cualquier sitio. Todo tipo de servicios alrededor: supermercados, restaurantes,... La habitación era amplia y estaba todo muy limpio . La mini cocina (aunque no tiene placa ni fuegos para cocinar) dispone de nevera, microondas y un fregadero, lo cual viene bastante bien.

Cons:

El personal de recepción era bastante seco en el trato y parecía que hacian las cosas con desgana. Aún así, nos permitieron dejar el equipaje al hacer el chech-out, ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde.
Deberían revisar los enchufes de la habitación. La mayoría están medio descolgados y/o no funcionan. Había lámparas en las mesitas de noche que no se podían enchufar y tuvimos que estar siempre con la luz principal del techo encendida. El colchón se hundía ligeramente hacia el centro; pero bueno, no se si era por el cansancio, pero no dormimos del todo mal. Las ventanas no se podían abrir para ventilar un poco la habitación. No habia jabon de manos ni gel, sólo un poco de champú. Fuimos a pedirlo a recepción y nos dieron un par de botecitos, tipo muestra. Como sugerencia, estaría bien poner un trapo de cocina y una bayeta. Te dejan estropajo y jabón de platos. Aunque ya sabíamos que no habia ascensor, las escaleras son bastante empinadas, lo que dificulta el subir o bajar con el equipaje.
