Posizione eccellente , metro letteralmente a 20metri, e anche il quartiere molto carino e fornito di tutto

Comodo giardino sul retro , ottimo spazio dove stare all aperto ma staccare dalla citta , presenti anche sdraio e tavoli ping pong

Doccia davvero molto grande e nuova

Prezzo imbattibile

I muri andrebbero riverniciati, il giardino sul retro molto carino ma andrebbe data una sistemata (diversi materiali accatastati in un angolo)

Localização perfeita.
Pros:

Localização perfeita, poucos passos da estação de metrô. Banheiros compartilhados sempre bem limpos, não tivemos problemas em usar esta modalidade. Funcionários bem atenciosos e educados.

La ubicación

Cons:

Que no hay ascensor y el 1er día nos dieron una habitación en el 5 piso ya al otro día nos cambiaron menos mal es lo único negativo pero por el precio es aceptable si quieres algo barato

Pros:

Subway station few meters from the door
Backyard. Crew is very helpful and nice. The cat sometimes starts to be pain in the a.s but that was my doughter fault.

Cons:

Unfortunatelly stairs (and back yard could be nicer)
