The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, and the beautiful grounds made it a lovely place to relax. We also enjoyed making use of the spa facilities, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Wood Hall Hotel & Spa. The staff looked after me from the moment I arrived and genuinely went above and beyond without me even asking. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel really welcome throughout my stay. The hotel, spa and facilities were excellent and it was exactly what I needed for a relaxing break.

Wood Hall is set in lovely grounds and all of the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent.
Our room was at the back of the hotel and a bit dark. We also did not have slippers in our room.
We found the dinner menu limited.
I loved this hotel and its location. The staff were very accommodating and kind, the food was lovely, the room was so comfortable and accommodated my accessibility needs, the spa was pleasant, the whole stay was just wonderful. I’m gutted I couldn’t explore the grounds but I’m sure they are just as wonderful.

Nothing to dislike
The hotel is quite secluded, lovely countryside, but road in and out is quite narrow and needs some maintenance. The building is of a very high standard, however could do with some general refurbishment. The staff were well trained, very polite and helpful.
Despite the fact we were only with you one night, it was a pleasant stay, although slightly expensive.
Hotel is very remote and in need of update especially with the high room rates.
Everything was perfect apart from the evening food.

A quiet hotel with lovely views, friendly staff. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The access road was more or less a lane with a few passing places.
