Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds

Cons:

The room was a bit worn out and dingy. It needs a deep clean. Also, they should not be renting the rooms directly next to the elevators. Constant clunking and banging all night from the elevators, I couldn’t sleep a wink!

Not going back
Pros:

The location was not to far of a walk to the attractions.

Cons:

Two issues I had with my stay.
I was given a room with a conjoining door as soon as I walked into the room a was able to hear word for word what was being said in the room next to me. When I went to the office they said there was no other rooms available. I asked to cancel I was told no. Not till I said I would call my credit card company for services not provided the lady said I can give you a dog suit. I was totally fine with this but if I was not there would be no option for me and the customer service was so bad I should not have to get upset to get results that could have been given right off the bat.
Second was we paid for parking. When we got there to register we got a spot however when we came back at night around 12:30am there was absolutely no parking on site when I asked the desk she said I would have to wait for someone to leave. There were cars parked everywhere so it was clear that the hotel is selling more parking spots than they actually have. There was no over flow parking we could even go to. I was very upset by this.
Coffee was horrible but Tim's is across the street

Breakfast was the best part
Pros:

The breakfast is great! Lots of variety and great deal.

Cons:

Rooms are very small, feels like a dorm. Walls are super thin, and you hear everything!

Wouldn’t recommend unless I got an amazing deal.
Pros:

It was easy to get in and out of and close to amenities.

Cons:

It seemed like someone slapped lipstick on a pig. Our flooring in the bathroom was coming up and the room was really small. We had cancelled another hotel that was cheaper and would have been better for this hotel and we wish we hadn’t.
