Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s modern design and cleanliness — everything was clearly well thought out. There was coffee and tea available in the room, as well as near the hotel exit in the lobby, where we were also welcomed with complimentary snacks. The room had a microwave. There was even a notepad with a pen provided. Upon arrival, the room was very warm, even though it was as cold as −16 °C outside.

Cons:

The room had a floor-standing heater that quickly blew warm air and kept the room very warm, which was very convenient. However, it made the air in the room extremely dry, and the noise felt like sleeping next to a running hair dryer. It was difficult to breathe, but turning it off was not an option due to the cold.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great budget stay close to the falls. Breakfast was delicious. L2 and L3 EV chargers on-site was very convenient. Nice atmosphere in the pool.

L’établissement est correct certains membres du personnel sont gentils et professionnels les chambres sont très petite et le prix du parking trop cher et le prix pour 1 chien qui pèse 2kilos c’est trop trop cher c’est la première fois que j’ai payé aussi cher pour mon chien

I stayed with my family at Comfort Inn for two days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay relaxing and hassle-free.
A special mention goes to the breakfast room staff—Cibin and Rekha—for their excellent service. They were warm, attentive, and always welcoming, which really made the mornings enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to the stay.

One recommendation I would like to share is that room service could be improved by having a daily check-in with guests to understand what they may need during their stay. This would help enhance the overall guest experience even further.
