The doors don't block any noise. There were a lot of children due to it being March Break, and in your room it was quite noise.

Clean and very pleasant staff that we encountered.

Cons:

Parking lot was always full. Pillows were hard. Noise level with children playing in the hallway and yelling at 740 on a Sunday morning was inappropriate and rooming should have been factored into.

Bon hôtel pour le prix
Pros:

Personnel gentil, quand même bien. Piscine agréable. J’ai choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un micro-ondes et un frigo ce qui nous a permis d’économiser sur les restos. Pas très loin de Clifton Hill.

Cons:

Chambre petite pour 3 adultes, manque de fruits au déjeuner. Des rénovations seraient nécessaires.

Walked in and walked out
Cons:

We had originally booked the comfort inn hotel, our stay was changed at some point, not sure if by booking.com or the hotel itself, so our friends (who booked through a pin we sent her through sharing our stay on the booking.com app) ended up at the comfort inn hotel instead of the comfort hotel.
Our registration was rushed so we didn’t get the chance to figure this out until after. We walked into the room and based on the hotels location and the look of things, immediately walked out.
We booked at the comfort inn hotel fallsview and stayed there. There was obviously some error with booking and we ended up paying for two rooms. We are thoroughly disappointed.

Breakfast was ok. Staff is very Friendly & helps out when they can.
Pros:

My First experience was great from the front desk checking in with Cristal. She was great, but when I went to my room the floor was dirty under the bed had a lot of garbage. Had to call the housekeeping to come & clean cause the room look very rushed. Breakfast was okay eggs were burnt toaster wasn't working. I had to put my bread in three times to get it toasted. But other than that the staff are very friendly & helpful.

Tiny tiny room
Pros:

My sister and I were travelling with our two kids (13 and 8). The check in was smooth and the room was available at 3pm when we arrived. When we got into the room (2 Queens), we were quite disappointed. It was so small that one of the beds was pushed up right against the wall resulting in someone having to shimmy to the bottom of the bed or climb over the other person in the bed to get out in the middle of the night. There was nowhere near the door to leave our shoes without tripping on them. There was no closet, just a rod near the window. If your coat was wet or snowy that would be tracked through the room. The room appeared clean but the sheets had holes in them. We asked about changing rooms to a bigger room and they said that was their biggest room. Shocking. I can’t imagine the size of a small room. Then we about cancelling and going elsewhere. They were able to cancel the second night but not the first. We left within two hours of checking in. If you are looking for something really inexpensive and only have two adults or two adults and one small kid, it could be manageable, but if your budget allows for a bit higher price point, there is lots of other options.
