We will not return to this hotel.
Pros:

The fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

The hall floors were not clean. The young lady at the front desk was not at all friendly. When you sat down in the bed it squeaked. The breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests. The bathroom needs an update: replace the toilet paper holder which was rusty, the outside bottom edge of the bathtub was dirty/mildew. The EV charger was not working although advertised at the property.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The front desk staff, in particular, treated my family terribly from the moment we arrived.

The front desk employee spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner and used abusive language that made us feel unwelcome and humiliated. Instead of helping us, the staff laughed at us and made the situation even worse. Seeing my young child experience this treatment was heartbreaking.

No family should ever be treated this way. Customer service was nonexistent, and the staff showed no respect, kindness, or professionalism. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly discourage anyone—especially families with young children—from booking here. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This was by far the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. The front desk staff, especially one of the African women working there, was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout our stay.

What upset us the most was how my family, including my 3-year-old son, was treated. My son bought a toy snake from the hotel. The first one was charged at $4.50, but when he bought another identical toy later, we were charged only $2.50. When I politely asked why the prices were different, the front desk staff laughed instead of giving a simple explanation. My family and I felt that we were being mocked, and it was especially upsetting because my young son was there during the interaction.

No guest should feel embarrassed or disrespected, especially families with small children. The customer service was terrible, and we were made to feel completely unwelcome during our stay.

I would never stay at this hotel again, and I would strongly advise families with young children to think twice before booking here. There are many hotels that treat guests with kindness and respect—this was not one of them.
