Pros:

Love its charm and proximity to the harbour and Water St. Was great value however would not stay for more than a few nights- in the room I had anyway.

Cons:

No elevator to the 4th floor. Arrived early for a conference and had a lot of luggage.

Comfortable and Rustic
Pros:

The service was amazing and the room was so comfortable and rustic.

Cons:

We had to switch from a room in the older part of the building (403) to a room in the newer part of the building (424) because we could hear the people above us in the first room. Not a noise complaint, they were average in noise, it's just the way it is I guess.

Enjoyed it!
Pros:

Breakfast seemed odd at first but we enjoyed the setup once we got used to it. Help yourself from a few selections (muffins, packaged oatmeal, fruit, beverages) and sit at tables or around the fireplace with other guests.

Room was very nice. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday. The first one was rather noisy as we were near the venting system(?) outside. The second one was much better. We liked the old style of the hotel.

Great location for walking. Easy free parking.

Cons:

Noisy in one of the rooms.

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, central location!
Pros:

I really loved that the staff and management were so accommodating. I was booked at Murray Premise as a stop between my travels from Random Island and Europe. They really made me feel like the hotel was my home away from home. Great job!

Cons:

My only complaint, and this is not really specific to Murray Premise as I see it an many hotels. The breakfast really needs to include a non-sugar protein. Myself, like many seniors, have to watch their blood sugar and when the only source of protein is yogurt, it's hard to start the day right. Even some cheese or hummus would have been a welcome sight.

Fabulous location, comfortable and full of charm.
Pros:

Highly recommend a stay here, spacious, clean, friendly and full of character. The location is excellent and the rooms have everything you need, a fireplace even, breakfast is offered with a decent selection and everything is so walkable from here. I'd 100% be booking back here for my next visit.
