Pros:

Quaint and cozy room with a comfy bed! Lots of options for the continental breakfast. Free parking. A great location for walking to restaurants and bars in the downtown area.

First time in the Beck Cove Wing... very nice.
Pros:

The yogurt and fresh fruit is always excellent.

Cons:

The boiled water for coffee or tea tasted weird the last two stays there; I had to throw it out.

I’ve stayed here several times and love it every time!
Pros:

Very clean , real drinking glasses ! And very friendly staff

Cons:

Not much parking but staff did a great job getting everyone a spot. Very busy there that night

Pros:

The room, the view, the overall ambiance were everything I could have wanted. The location in downtown St. John's, in easy walking distance of theatres, restaurants and shopping is ideal.

Cosy & wonderful place to stay, centrally located downtown, staggering distance from George St.
Pros:

Unique with loads of history. Super close to restaurants and places to visit all within short walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast was not what I am used to, so went to a nearby restaurant. No drink vending machines available on site.

This was our second stay there. Wonderful staff and service.
Pros:

We had trouble with our hot water. I called down to front desk and they upgraded our room free of charge. Even offered to help move our belongings. Wonderful service!

The location with parking was great for what we had planned.
Cons:

Gaudy.... glass allows you to see through into shower. Pipe or heat noise in walls. Our room was next to the street thus we heard pedestrian voices and truck noise.
