I thought that it would be 5-stars stay, but I would say that it's 4 starts in reality.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious

Cons:

In the first night the heating wasn't working the apartment, then the next day we had to move to another apartment. The original booking was King and Queen beds, but when we moved to the new apartment there were 2 Queens bed rather than King.

Pool was clean

Cons:

Kitchen not well set up. It was awkward for cooking. Microwave didn't work. Parking garage is not clearly labeled for finding your vehicle again. Front desk staff are apathetic and don't care. They are not helpful.

The technology in the rooms is archaic, using Google cast is extremely faulty and the WiFi equipment in this hotel has to be 10 years old or older.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Great space with 2 bedrooms with comfortable furniture (bed/lounges). It was great having the little cafe/convenience store on the ground floor. It was a great location right near Robson St and Granville St.

Due to the location we managed to enjoy our stay.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The suite that we were given was very old & not fit for living , we changed it on second day but the sofa cum bed had springs which were popping out & one couldn't sleep on the it. We stayed there for 3 nights but couldn't sleep comfortably at all.

The location was great

Cons:

When I went to pull out the sofa bed, there were grimy pieces of peanuts that must’ve fallen into the couch from the last guest.
I also found $60 a night for parking quite unreasonable.
There was a scheduled power outage during our stay that led to the fridge beeping loudly at 5:30 in the morning until I got up and reset it because of a malfunction when it powered up. The power outage could not be controlled, but I wish the hotel had offered a discount on the rooms for that night because it was inconvenient to deal with the repercussions of the power outage and not be able to stay up late since it went out at 11 PM.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

This is a superb hotel. The apartment was huge. Beds are amazing and shower/ bath fabulous.
We stayed twice within a matter of days. Our first night was amazing and our room was outstanding.
On our return stay, where we had a different room and it happened to be 0c , the heating wasnt working. The bacony door seal was so bad all the cold air came in.

Cons:

My only complaint was the heating in that one particular room that should not be used until the door is replaced.
We did comment on the heating and someone did attend but it made no difference. In retrospect, we should have insisted on changing rooms.
