Nice - but needs to be fixed up
Pros:

The layout of the room was great. We liked that there was a separate bedroom and kitchen facilities. I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated and I was able to store my meds correctly. The staff was nice when asked questions, they did not offer any information extra, like restaurants nearby, places to change $$$, etc.
The shower head was awesome. I could have stayed in the shower for an hour. It was wonderful.

Cons:

The property seems “tired”. Carpet needs to be replaced and painting done. The silverware and glasses in my room were dirty. I imagine that the housekeeper did not really wash them. Or your dishwasher sucks. I had to wash everything by hand. The ONE extra blanket was hard and rough and scratched my skin. I was uncomfortable. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and 2 rooms for 1 night. I asked that we all be on the same floor and my request was ignored. That was disappointing. I also asked your bellman for taxi’s for 15 people to go to the cruise ship and he came up with 4 cars. Now shouldn’t a bellman know that a 4 cars would not be enough for 15 people with luggage???? I was very upset and ended up in a taxi by myself because I was the last one to get loaded. For what we paid and how many rooms I booked, we should have had the breakfast included.

Very pleasant stay, great place for families, the kitchen is very useful and well stocked.
Pros:

Great location. Liked the free cold filter water. Great nice and clean pool and hot tub, we used it well. Kitchen was well stocked, everything worked well. The frying pan I got was warped and scratched and they replaced it swiftly when I asked. Staff was ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. Tip: use the concierge, they are very helpful.

Cons:

The carpets were a little grungy but luckily they provided slippers, at least for the adults. Our balcony sis not have furniture and we were on the first floor so it was very noisy. The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable, but we expected it.

Cons:

Room was not like advertised on the pictures. We were situated in an older/non-renovated area (8th floor). I would have liked to know when booking. Room was still decent with said amenities but not as I expected.

Good, but now great.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Fairly nice room- a little dirty. The carpet in the hotel is worn out in a lot of spaces and the paint needs to be touched up. The property looked a little tired.

Cons:

The silverware was dirty. It was obvious that it wasn’t cleaned properly. I re-washed all the dishes and silverware that we used. The blanket was so rough it was uncomfortable to sleep on. And it was the only one.
