The location was great

Cons:

When I went to pull out the sofa bed, there were grimy pieces of peanuts that must’ve fallen into the couch from the last guest.
I also found $60 a night for parking quite unreasonable.
There was a scheduled power outage during our stay that led to the fridge beeping loudly at 5:30 in the morning until I got up and reset it because of a malfunction when it powered up. The power outage could not be controlled, but I wish the hotel had offered a discount on the rooms for that night because it was inconvenient to deal with the repercussions of the power outage and not be able to stay up late since it went out at 11 PM.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

This is a superb hotel. The apartment was huge. Beds are amazing and shower/ bath fabulous.
We stayed twice within a matter of days. Our first night was amazing and our room was outstanding.
On our return stay, where we had a different room and it happened to be 0c , the heating wasnt working. The bacony door seal was so bad all the cold air came in.

Cons:

My only complaint was the heating in that one particular room that should not be used until the door is replaced.
We did comment on the heating and someone did attend but it made no difference. In retrospect, we should have insisted on changing rooms.

Beautiful room and view.

Cons:

They had promised us a surprise in the room - they knew since one month back that it was my best friends b-day and they had replied they would have a surprise waiting - no surprise - and when we mentioned this to reception they did not do anything about it - so disappointed.

Good location, restaurant attached great food but poor value.

Cons:

The room was well below average with no oven, uncomfortable beds, hooks coming off the wall and a stench so bad it made us feel unwell. In desperate need for an update.

Bra hotell, men litet slitet. Städning och ankomst inte riktigt i nivå med hotellets ambitioner.

Väldigt rymlig svit, med fullt utrustat kök. Bra liten hotellbutik i lobbyn.

Cons:

Sviten var ganska hårt sliten, men var nog fin för tio år sedan. Städningen var inte riktigt bra, några glas som var ofräscha, och en del gammalt skräp under bord mm. Man hade inte tillräckligt med utrustning för tre pers (badrock mm). Extrasängen var inte iordninggjord när vi anlände, trots senare ankomst än anmäld. Saknade skohorn.

Perfect location & lovely stay in downtown.
Pros:

Outstanding location in a lovely part of downtown Vancouver. Loved the indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The staff were attentive and professional. Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect, with nice decor, comfy beds, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Would highly recommend as a smart family friendly base in Van.
