Sehr geräumiges Appartement an zentraler Lage (War neu renoviert) mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant und Bar. Tolle Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Preise während WM sehr hoch. Frühstücksbuffet sehr schlecht da ab Drittanbieter ausgelagert, der Frühstückbuffet anbieten muss. Dann lieber nichts. Restaurant am Abend Topklasse.

Joyful stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the La Grande Residence, stayed there till my new home becames ready, felt like home, excellent location, staff were professional and friendly, loved the suite.

Pros:

The 2 bedroom suite was wonderful. The 1.5 bath set up was great. Quiet. Location was great as next to a grocery store to obtain necessary foods. We traveled with a 2 year old!

Cons:

Suite was a bit dated. Kitchen cabinetry was a bit worn - drawers not cooperating. But, the suite was very clean! Due to World Cup games in Vancouver, the pricing was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive!!!

Unfreundlich und Inkompetent
Die Couch war auch nach dem 5. Mal Bitten noch immer nicht überzogen für unsere Kinder, musste immer wieder zur Rezeption. Das Ganze dauerte 4 Stunden!
Laundry kam nicht rechtzeitig zurück - obwohl es versprochen wurde. Mussten es nachschicken lassen.
Zimmer sehr alt und nicht sauber.

Overall was good but not great
Pros:

Very well located

Cons:

We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit which was very well managed by the staff.
The external of the building and balconies were disgustingly dirty and unuseable
