Cons:

Two bedroom suite on 3 rd floor while set up was very comfortable, the 3rd floor is noisy and we could hear water flushing and loud buzzing noises periodically. We were there for a concert and spa day so we were busy but middle of night my friend woke up frequently due ty. Noise. Bathroom missing robe rack on wall, chipped baseboards, dusty shelf’s holding the television.

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Clean, close to bc place, checkin was easy, people were nice!

Cons:

I thought there would be 2 full bathrooms (2 showers), but we had just 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath (no shower/tub). Since we had 5 adults in the room, a second shower would have been helpful. This could have been made clearer in the description in booking.com.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a fabulous downtown location surrounded by numerous amazing restaurants. The hotel staff was very professional and when our bathroom ceiling had a serious leak, we were quickly moved to a new room.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and appreciated being downtown with so many amenities close by.
Pros:

The hotel was very welcoming with someone always at the front door to greet us with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious plus were kept very clean each day of our stay. I would stay at the Sutton Place again next time the opportunity arises to travel to Vancouver. The location was very central and walking distance to most places we visited.

Cons:

It was above my budget so a more affordable rate would be much appreciated!
