The stay overall was a good experience. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

The atmosphere and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience for my family. The rooms are genius for bigger families like mine. It was spacious, clean, and cozy. My children said it’s their favorite hotel ever. The location of the property was convenient for the places we wanted to go.

Cons:

The breakfast is not good. While there’s a decent variety, it is low quality. I would spend money elsewhere for breakfast. I don’t like that children are a flat rate of €17 and adults are €22, when my children don’t eat that much to make it worth that amount.

Très bel hôtel au personnel très sympathique
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel est exceptionnel. J'ai rencontré des personnes très sympathiques. L'hôtel est magnifiquement bien décoré.

Cons:

Après la deuxième nuitée, il y avait trop peu de réservations de déjeuners. Le buffet était alors extrêmement réduit (pas de buffet chaud) mais le prix restait semblable. Je n'ai donc pas pris le déjeuner trouvant le prix demandé vraiment trop cher. Dommage, car la veille, il était succulent.

Hotel très bien situé dans Bruxelles et très confortable
Pros:

La chambre familiale est très bien conçue et équipée. elle correspondait à ce que j'avais demandé. Le petit déjeuner, non inclus lors de la réservation, était également varié avec du salé et du sucré. C'était très bien. J'ai payé les petits-déjeuners lors du check-out.

Ottima struttura e ottima posizione. Camere piccoline, ma comunque funzionali.
Pros:

Struttura ben curata e pulita. Camere abbastanza funzionali, nonostante le dimensioni compatte. Doccia efficiente, letti comodi. Lo staff è molto gentile, ci sono spazi liberi a disposizione, refill gratuito dell'acqua, deposito bagagli molto economico.

Ottima la posizione, a 2 minuti dalla metropolitana, che in 10 minuti porta in pieno centro.

Leuk kindvriendelijk hotel en n Brussel.
Pros:

Het personeel deed heel erg verveeld door een misverstand waardoor de familiekamer niet vrij was.
Ze vonden gelukkig oplossing.

De kamer is leuk ingericht, zeker voor de kinderen, (thema) . Alles zeer netjes.
