Wisselende gevoel wat neigt naar onplezierig.
Pros:

Oppervlakte kamer beviel ons het meest. 4 stapelbedden en een tweepersoonsbed was super voor een gezin met 4 kinderen. Verder was het ligbad een aangename faciliteit wat de kinderen erg konden waarderen.

Cons:

Wat ons het meest tegenviel, was dat het geheel niet goed werd bijgehouden.
De handzeep in de badkamer was niet bijgevuld en de suikerzakjes waren nat geworden door iets vies, waardoor we ook geen koffie konden gebruiken op de kamer.

Ook het ontbijt viel tegen.

Daarnaast viel het verschil in gastvrijheid van het personeel op. De medewerkers bij de receptie waren vriendelijk en gastvrij, maar in de kantine was het personeel vreemd en op een autoritaire manier benaderend.

Na het ontbijt bijvoorbeeld liep ik naar de receptie om het ontbijt af te rekenen. Eén van de medewerkers riep ondertussen naar mijn vrouw dat zij het ontbijt moest afrekenen, terwijl ik daar al mee bezig was bij zijn collega. (Voor de beeldvorming, de twee medewerkers stonden op geen vier meter afstand van elkaar en konden elkaar gewoon. Dus zagen ze mij ook gewoon afrekenen)

Toen ik aangaf dat ik al aan het afrekenen was, werd mij alsnog opgedragen om bij hem en een andere medewerker naast hem af te rekenen. Ik vroeg aan de medewerker bij wie ik al stond of het niet gewoon bij hem kon worden afgehandeld. Hij gaf aan dat het aan mij was om te bepalen waar ik wilde afrekenen. Aangezien ik daar al stond, gaf ik dit ook aan. Toch moest ik uiteindelijk bij de andere medewerker afrekenen, puur om hem tevreden te stellen. Dit ervoeren wij als niet gastvrij.

Breakfast wasn't good at all. it took almost 30 minutes for the staff to bring bread, cheese, ... when it was finished

EXCEPTIONNEL
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel ! A l'acceuil nous avons été pris en main par deux membres de l'équipe.
Tous deux très sympathiques, ils nous ont expliqué le fonctionnement de l'hotel et toutes les commodités. Toujours au petit soin avec les enfants. C'est bien simple, nos enfants ne voulaient plus quitter l'hotel. La salle d'arcade et de jeu, salle de playstation, salle de cinema...Cette hotel est tout bonnement incroyable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très calme. Il existe des petits salons à chaque niveau pour se poser et lire une BD. Nous avons également aprécié après le coucher des enfants prendre un verre sur la terrasse intérieur de l'hotel. Bravo ! Nous reviendrons évidemment !!!
